I had an awful experience at the Bojangles' Tue June 3, I ordered food around 10:20 and was not given my card back but didn’t notice until around 4pm when the fraud department from my back contacted me about an attempted transaction. I spoke with the night manager at 6pm who said my bank card was on the desk I arrived to pick it up and was given information to contact Todd Hammond the Gm of that location about the incident. This Bojangles is too slow especially when there is only one car ahead of you. It shouldn't take 20 minutes in drive thru! You got Churches up tbe street and Popeyes across the street. You better step your game up for you have to close up!
