I came to this location on lunch , I ordered two kids meals on my lunch break, I ordered 2 supreme meals with dirty rice I got no dirty rice in my orders I got seasoned fries that is not what I asked for also I went into the store at 11:50 when I left out it was 12:18 they skipped over my order the lady that took the order try to blame it on the new hire that had nothing to do with the order after servicing other people way ahead of me when I went to let her know that I was already late for work because of Bojangles sheets of Cortana after that she had waited on people before me then she gave me my food without my receipt I had to wait another 10 minutes while she try to get my receipt and reprinted it after calling the manager all of this was unacceptable for a fast food restaurant at the time of my order there was only one other person in the store so please help me to understand why it took them over 30 minutes for my order no one told me I had to wait on Supremes or anything it was just like she forgot my order..and I have the receipt and pictures of food to prove it!!

Idk who hired these workers, but I’ve never seen a staff as lazy as this bojangles. They get the order wrong (which is crazy cause AI is the one taking the order) they don’t know what’s going on half the time and on more than one occasion, they will be open but just not take anymore order cause they don’t feel like. I’ve had bathrooms with better customer service

Dont even bother ordering online because they won’t look at it. The app will say it’s ready for pickup, yet we went in and they haven’t even started making it. They then proceed to have no sides AT ALL. Literally every single side was out. We ordered at 6:30 pm, so not even late. Worst bojangles experience ever.

I do not know what they are doing in this kitchen, but this is some of the worst food I have ever had from Bojangles the chicken tasted old bland and pasty.
The dirty rice was like mush with no flavor. Only this I could stomach was the fries.
I am going to attempt to get my money back as I could not even eat this food. I’m gonna send it back to the restaurant… And I will never visit this spot again.

Why is the lobby closed at 7:30! It says closed at 10! This is happening way to often. It's literally less than a 5 min. walk from my house. Why am I being forced to use drive thru and waste gas to get a bite to eat!

I paid 15$ for a 5 peice supreme with and extra side... then they wanted to charge me 45 cent for a sauce to go with it... as if they aren't already making bank off their food.
Bojangles was busy, and maybe they had new people working, but it was the most unorganized I have seen in years. The chicken tendees were hit and miss, the biscuit was very salty, and starchy tasting like someone put too much in the recipe. The prices are ridiculous, so I guess I will be passing.

Pulled up to grab a sausage biscuit combo had one car in front of me, I pay for the food and was asked to drive up because they were going to make bo rounds. 20 minutes later they come out asking what I ordered after maybe 4 cars came through...5 more minutes go by and she tells me they are dropping the bo rounds now. With no one there it took me 35 minutes to get a sausage biscuit combo....come on fellas smh
