3 times back to back to back. I ordered a Cajun filet biscuit with egg cheese and bacon. First time just cheese. 2nd time just bacon. 3rd time just cheese and bacon. What are yall doing???? And they refuse to answer the phone!

Lady working the front cash register has a terrible additude. And Is simply standing around while she could be running the register.
Lobby was full of customers waiting on orders, who were also displeased.
Better step it up before they turn y'all into a Chic Fa la.

Doors are normally open to the lobby around 5:45 6. Even though stated to be open at 5:30. Alil upset the lobby isnt open on time.

The woman at the drive thru was nice, but whoever the lady, possibly a manager, telling her to just put it in the bag gave terrible advice as my food was stale and the tenders were spicy and I didn't order anything spicy.

Rude, inconsiderate employees. It is wheelchair accessible but not customer-friendly by any means. 49 minutes for a curbside order that I still had to go inside (being permanently in a wheelchair) and wait. The employees were instantly argumentative and would not listen to any customers. They were busy but, for a chicken sandwich meal I received horrible service. “She get her food when she get it”. I filed a complaint online and requested a phone call but that was a waste of time. I will choose another chicken spot before I come back to this location!!

This is by far the worst bojangles i have ever experienced. It takes a lot for me to leave negative feedback but at this point it is necessary. Every visit I am missing something from my order. I check my bag and have to run inside. This evening I asked if the ranch was in the bag and was told yes when it in fact was not. When entering I see the manager as the dinning room cashier and a customer that leaves without ordering bc she signaled with her hands and told him he needed to hurry up. I politely asked for my ranch and ask if I could get some hot sauce. She gave me 1 packet and when I told her I had a family meal could I please have more she gave me attitude and said that I should’ve asked for more the first time. That is not how a manger nor anyone working in this industry should treat a customer. Lastly, my family meal was all thighs with one wing. Food rating went down because of this.
