This was my first time at Bonchon, and Brook provided the best service I’ve had in a long time! She was friendly, attentive, and fast. Because of Brook, I’ll definitely be coming back—and I’ll be requesting her as my server. The food was incredible, from the wings to the corn dog. Highly recommend!
I like bonchon but this one always skimps out on my radish and fries for some reason. My packaging is never secure when I order out and it feels like they barely put alot of sauce I ask for on my chicken. Last time I ordered I found a black mold spot on my pickled radish. My fry bag was falling apart of grease...I like the Bonchon in Pineville better. They give me more for sides and are better when it comes to my packaging for take out! Even if it's far away I'm going...
I love coming to Bonchon but this time, our server, Jenny (Hee Jin), made the experience so great! I come often, but this is the first time I felt the need to write a review. She was very friendly and enthusiastic about the different menu options, even offering seasonal dishes we didn’t know were available (I had the dumpling soup!). The food arrived quickly and was super delicious.
