Bonefish Grill

What a terrible dining experience. Mediocre food at best and horrendous service, very slow and no one cared about anything. Next time we'll be going somewhere with better food for half the cost. On top of that, the restaurant is extremely dark and gloomy.

My order was for pickup so I didn’t get to experience the atmosphere, but the service was great. My order was ready when I arrived. It was promptly brought to my car without me having to do anything. The food was great.

A great lunch spot between Greenville SC and Raleigh. Nice atmosphere and excellent service. The fish we had was fresh.

We celebrated with my grandchildren for Christmas. The service was very slow, it was lunch time on Saturday. The food was tasty however the desert was unforgiving. I ordered my favorite Key Lime Cake to go. The icing was loose which was a indication it wasn't fresh. I allowed for it to become room temperature and it was crumbly and dry. I have never experienced that type of issue. I have ordered this numerous times. Very disappointed.

I loveeeeeee Andrew and his staff my bestie and I come here for our date night. We don’t go to any other locations but Pineville. I always feel welcomed and honored to be here, the food is tip top tier , Bianca (the chief ) on the paring dinners nights is just supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!! Give em all a raise!

This is absolutely disgusting. Ordered tuna sashimi and brussel sprouts, brussel sprouts are burned into mush but the tuna sashimi has literal gray slime growing on it. I order the same thing often from different bonefish locations and this is the first time I have seen something like this. I’ve submitted the safety issue to Uber Eats with photos, they told me I could not get a refund. I am blown away by how bad the quality of this is. Absolutely disgusting if anyone from bonefish sees this and wants to reach out to me feel free, but I am just appalled. I don’t think I’ve ever had food that was this messed up in terms of safety from a restaurant.

Took.a friend there for her bday. I had the salmon with lemon butter and capers. Two words..... THE BEST!!!!!!!!!! I think our servers name is Austin. He was wonderful too. I definitely recommend
