Placed an online order at 2:40 PM. Called inside at 3:02 and was told my food would be brought out to me. After waiting 15 minutes, I called back to be told they were waiting on a kiddie finger and had no idea when it would be ready. I ended up going through the drive thru to pick up my food and was handed cold food. I asked that my food be made over as I had already waited 28 minutes. I was asked to pull forward and waited an additional 8 minutes to be brought an order that was incorrect! I will NOT order ahead ever again!!!!!

I suggest that the cashiers take a BASIC MATH course. Eventhough the register tells them how much money is due to the customer(s), they still cannot count! OR, money is being stolen. Makes me wonder how the store balances at the end of each business day!

Hello I went to Zaxby's location 6340 Sugar Creek rd, Charlotte, NC 28269 on 2/21/2021 between 2:00 pm to 3:00pm. I paid with my debit card THRU THE DRIVE THRU (a african-american girl under 20) took my order. She did not give me my card back or receipt, she just handed me the food and I drove off forgetting my card. By the time I made it home 15 mins later, I started receive texts from Wells Fargo of MULTI charges! I looked for my card and realize the girl did not return it. I contacted the bank to shut the card off and tried to call the location but they never answered. She bought stuff on-line as soon as I left, please investigate this matter and I thought you would want to know what kind of employees you have representing you, this is Theft!!!

I love the salads from zaxbys but lately the portions have been very little practically 4 pieces of chicken in each salad and very little salad too
