Hello I went to Zaxby's location 6340 Sugar Creek rd, Charlotte, NC 28269 on 2/21/2021 between 2:00 pm to 3:00pm. I paid with my debit card THRU THE DRIVE THRU (a african-american girl under 20) took my order. She did not give me my card back or receipt, she just handed me the food and I drove off forgetting my card. By the time I made it home 15 mins later, I started receive texts from Wells Fargo of MULTI charges! I looked for my card and realize the girl did not return...
