Boss of Vegan - Charlotte NC

The food is always good here I’ve been here 7 times but lately I feel like the wait time gets longer and longer the other day it was the worse I ordered my food the other day at 3:15 it was supposed to be ready at 3:25 pm and I didn’t get it until 4:10 and then it wasn’t even hot. If it wasn’t for having too be too an appointment I would had bring it back. The food has been really good in the past and service is great I guess it was just one of them days but I really don’t wanna have too stop coming..

Today I had a wonderful experience. This is the level of business that I LOVE to see representing Charlotte and us as people.I attempted to order on the Door Dash App and it stated that the restaurant was temporarily closed. I called the restaurant, but assumed they were busy. Without skipping a beat, someone from the store called me back apologizing for missing my call and asked if I needed to call in an order.This shows me that they have a higher level of respect for their business, for their careers, and for their clients. I wish I could rate Boss of Vegan higher than 5 stars. Thank you guys for doing what you do!

The food here is fantastic. I've been here five times now and it's always top of the line. However, for the third straight time I placed an order online and was told what time it would be ready... Only to get here and find that they haven't even started it yet. I had an order that was supposed to be ready by 4:10p.m. and I'm leaving this review while still sitting in my car at 4:55.... This has been my experience now the last three times so this might be the end for me. Hopefully they get the timing part together because the product is top of the line.

The food was delicious! Had the Chili burger and BLT. Both hit the spot. Curly fries and lemonade were A1!

I was excited to come here but was pretty disappointed. The photos are misleading, the actual burger is tiny and you’re mostly eating bread. It didn’t look appealing at all so I kindve knew what to expect when I bit it. The flavor is extremely average. It just tasted like the burger king burger with cheese. Good with ketchup. Not really worth the special trip. Also I wish the chips were an option & didn’t automatically come with it, burgers & fries just go together, the chips aren’t gross but just don’t pair well in my opinion. That’s why I think it could be an option.

When I saw the name "Boss of Vegan" I had to give this place a try. It didn't look like much from the outside, but this little kitchen lived up to its name in every way! I got the Boss of Burgers, chips, lemonade, 2 packs of boss sauce, and a cookie. The lemonade was out of this WORLD! And the boss sauce was amazing... glad I got two! The chips were what all those crab boil flavored chips you see in the store aspire to take like, and the bacon on the boss burger was actually good! Normally, I hate vegan bacon, but I gave it a try! While it wasn't an exact replica of real bacon it certainly did the burger justice! Now because I was new and didn't know I had to order via an app, I struggled at the beginning to actually download it and order (I didn't have data), they included two extra cookies and a side of fries, even though it wasn't their fault! I thought I would save a cookie for my roommate, but the moment I took my first bite into that cookie... sorry roomie! I also was so excited when I realized their fries were the "egg" wash style fries (best type of fries imo!) I hadn't seen a vegan version of that anywhere! They were delicious! Lastly, they had a few market items available! Great stuff that I had been meaning to try, but only had the option of buying in bulk online. Everything came out so fast and they even included a 10% off on my next order because of the earlier technical difficulties! Exceptional customer service by Jaime and Taylor! As long as I'm near a Boss of Vegan, I won't go to any other fast food place!! 20/10 would recommend!

I was truly excited about trying Boss of Vegan after watching several videos of people eating this huge vegan burger but I was very disappointed today when I checked my order which was the Deluxe combo. Maybe I went at the wrong time of day because the patty was very thin and no where near the size of the Hawaiian bun. The burger was loaded with lots of lettuce and tomato therefore I couldn't taste the very small patty. Advice make the single patties a little thicker and wider. Chips and lemonade were on point.

Thank you it was great to come home from my trip just too get a boss of vegan meal. My Future daughter in love look out for us. A must go order from them.

These guys go to extensive lengths to satisfy their customers! I had a minor issue w a previous order, but the manager Demetrius did his best to accommodate me to resolve the matter. Great food, great service!

I was really eager to try this burger. I enjoyed it but I will say my patty was super thin. I was bummed because I was really looking forward to the boss sauce, but I could I barely taste it. I am a big fan of the impossible burger at Burger King, and I was hoping to have a similar experience. I am giving you a four, as my burger was cold, but I drove 25 minutes to get it, and didn't eat it until I got home. I will definitely try it again. I will do the one bite challenge as soon as I get it. The hawaiian bun was a nice touch. This chips were yummy, and the lemonade had a unique spice to it.

First timer today...I was NOT disappointed

We had the BLT and it was soooo good! We’ve eaten vegan for a couple of years now, and this was the first time I’ve had bacon that tasted like bacon! With the waffle fries and delicious drink, I couldn’t have been happier! I literally did a happy dance eating in my car! Thanks and we’ll definitely be back!
