Hadn’t been to Boston Market in a few years. Went by there today after church around 1pm and it looked as if the location was closed. There were no lights inside, no food was out and no indication they were open for business. However, when I look on Google maps now it shows the location is open from 11 am until 9pm. That is misleading. After reading the reviews I guess the Lord knew best to block this location from my list.

It's been about two years since I've eaten here. So I went today thinking I'm going get that same great food. Well I was completely Wrong the mashed potatoes taste like box potatoes out the store and the sweet potatoes tasted like it came from a can ,the cornbread has no flavor. Very Very disappointing. Thumbs down in ?a big way.

Boston Markets are closing, not due to bad food - it's delicious, and not because it's overpriced - it's not. I expect this location to be closed soon. We came in at lunch time, not a single customer in the restaurant. Nobody at the counter, employees in the back staring at their phones. After a few minutes someone offers to take our order, and they do not have what we want. The last time I stopped by right after lunchtime the doors were locked.Get better management or I really expect you not to be open much longer.

mac n cheese I wouldn’t even give to a homeless person…. The rest of the food was decent but not how I remember it tasting

I have never been so disgusted and disrespected by an employee at a restaurant. I was left in the drive through for 10 minutes and told that she would get to me when she get to me I was at the 1001 Chancellor park Drive. The attitude of this young lady was very offensive. No one ordering food should be met with such an disgraceful attitude. Very disappointing since this was my first time eating at this establishment. And this will be the last. I was attempting to purchase Boston Market today however when I drove up there to the store. Doors were locked and employees inside. However line was full. I guess short staff shortages i don’t know but when I went up to the door and stood for a while nothing. No signs stating drive thru only. Went back to the car, told the lady walking up the doors closed….. she waited a few minutes and door opens. I wait and see her leave with an order. The only differences between us was our skin color. So I guess this Boston Market is WHITES ONLY!!!!!!! duly noted

Will never visit this location again. Only 1 person working in the entire restaurant running drive thru and inside customers. Prices need to be updated on the menu because they are definitely charging more than the menu displays. Chicken was dry s and tasted burnt the sides had to be sitting there all day and the lady had an attitude but I would to if I was the only one working in the entire store

Prompt service at drive thru. Family meal for 3 has 1 entree, 3 sides, and 3 corn Muffins. The.meal was hot and delicious! Good price as well. We will be back!

I would give this place one star if I could. They canceled a small group order (with a nice tip) right WHEN IT WAS DUE TO ARRIVE. Even when we ordered it three hours in advance. No explanation, and every time I call the store the number gives me a dial tone/disconnected signal. The STORE number doesn’t even work??? Sorry, if you can’t even do delivery or have a working phone number, I definitely do not trust you making my food. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat as a kid, but after today I won’t be going back and neither will anyone else in my family here (visiting family from out of state). One of those meals was for my son’s birthday lunch since he (used to) loves this place so much, so thanks for ruining that at the very last minute (my foot is currently broken so I can’t really drive). Nonexistent customer service and they apparently do not know how to deliver food.

After dodging the giant pothole in front of the store and wondering if they were open as their open sign wasn't lit and the front door was open, I sat for a moment at the drive thru with no acknowledgement and barely able to read the menu as the plastic was scratched up. After placing my order and driving around to the window I sat for a moment without acknowledgement until my food was ready, then I paid to a less than enthusiastic employee. During lunch, around 1pm, there were only a couple of cars in the lot, no one in drive thru.I ordered the 8 piece rotisserie nugget combo. The nuggets are not great looking, I know marketing photos don't show us truth but the color was uninspiring. They are salty with brine and nothing else, but I did have 8 pieces, some small some nice sized. I was not asked about a sauce and was given what I guess is the house sauce, which tastes a lot like thousand island dressing, nothing I'd want with my nuggets, myself.I ordered unsweetened tea and after a sip I realized I either had sweet tea or the containers had been mixed at some point but it was weak, the color was, like the nuggets, uninspiring and I didn't bother to drink more. My side was mac and cheese, it is standard but somehow more saltybthan the nuggets. It was disappointing as I hadn't been to a Boston Market in some time and now I really have no desire to again.

Ordered from here twice. The first time being earlier in the day, and the food was great! This time I ordered after dark and the chicken was good… but the sides seemed like they were just thrown together. Corn didn’t taste up to par, and the macaroni and cheese was really soupy. My bread that was supposed to be with my order was not received in either of my orders. I ordered a bottled lemonade drink, and on both occasions I received 2 fountain cups of lemonade instead. Highly dissatisfied!

Wow! First time ever trying their tenders. I can just eat the tenders and call it a meal. As always I love their creamed spinach. Also received a brownie with our meal. It was so good with extra chocolate. Thank You Boston Market for making our dinner delightful.?

I’m not sure what’s happening with this location anymore; however it’s evident that they are struggling. The times in which they are suppose to be open, they are not, chicken isn’t cooked and ready 30-40 minutes after they have opened, they didn’t have cash and they stated they were waiting on the manager to come in…??? Not to mention all the potholes that are in the parking lot area. This use to be the best one around (just because they have a drive thru, but it’s pointless these days as the microphone barely works). Hoping they can turn things around.

Boston Market has lost it's identity. I don't recognize this restaurant anymore. They never have any fresh chicken, the customer service sucks, the drive thru never takes orders at the speaker anymore, employees are always sitting outside "on break" and on their phones, NO ONE GIVES A FLIP about the customer anymore. Boston Market doesn't care anymore and is doing nothing to correct this horrible experience customers receive on a daily basis at this store.

Worst takeout service ever. Ordered online and told they do not look at online orders. It is separate from them. Had to wait 20 mins to have 3 pot pies cooked. Made to feel like it was my fault. While waiting they ran out of most items 45 mins before closing
