Es lindo el lugar y muy rica la comida pero la señora que me estaba atendiendo el día de hoy en la mañana es muy mal mirada y no sabe atender yo creo que no le gusta su trabajo o debería de tener una buena actitud y tener amor por su trabajo o si no que no trabaje pero que a él menos sea amable

I never write reviews but this time I had to. I placed a large order for a Christmas dinner. We were all in complete aw of how amazing the food was. From presentation to flavor, it really was the most amazing Christmas dinner in many many years! Everything tasted delicious and had the homemade flavor that we all grew up eating. The hallacas, chicken salad, ham breads and above all the star of the dinner was the Pernil, or rather the perniles because there were 2 of them! Incredible how delicious everything was. Aside from that, on December 24 while we were waiting for the food to be delivered, we ate some empanadas and tequeños, what a great meal!!!

Thank you so much for making our family reunion so special thanks to the food you prepared. We can't wait to order again!

The truth is that I would give it 0 stars but Google won't let me, bad service, on a Saturday and there was almost nothing of what we ordered, they lost my card when the girl was charging me, and she told us the comment of "how do you think that I don't know where I put your card” What a lack of respect and professionalism, they also told us that we had to pay 15% for the service.
Bad experience, last time I ate here.

Well when a place gives you the vibe from the outside…believe it! I'm not one to judge appearances, I was just hungry and came across this little place. First thing…the sticky tables. I don't know why since the place is more than empty. The chicharrón with the most tlayudo leather. The arepas are not handmade or fresh. I can conclude that they are the ones I buy frozen at Compare. Which was a downer given the name of the place. The bite was exactly that... a bite. What bothered me the most...was the additional service charge that these restaurants (especially Latin places) where neither the service nor the quality is aligned with the price. Plus they charge you MORE for spending MORE 😅. What a shame that by doing things like this they themselves drive away customers. There I put my receipt as proof. No, wow.

Very bad empanadas, they don't look like Venezuelans but rather Colombian food

The service was very slow, it took more than 45 minutes to bring our order, and they brought a plate and after 20 minutes they brought the rest of the food, we requested a snack of the house specialty, which was honestly the worst snack we have ever had. eaten, the meat was completely dry, and it was not fresh, this experience was very disappointing for us and I do not recommend it

Went there because of the great reviews, were disappointed with "churrasco" which was chewy steak, the fries were full of oil, the arepas were descent but not worth the +$11, I won't recommend. additionally a piece of plastic was found in the arepa filling.

Today we went with my family to eat at this place and we waited around 45 minutes for a tray paisa and a cachapa that was never served and the waitress does not inform us that the food is delayed, and we ask about our food and a waitress in the distance says “We have to wait” is a lack of respect for the customer because they are not giving us the food, we are paying for a good service which was not provided from the beginning, the service of the waitresses is very terrible in this place.

The food was just normal could be better for the high prices. Customer service horrible 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽. The lady that took care of us had no personality very rude. On top of that they include a gratuity without authorization for mediocre customer service. I've been to better restaurants and paid less with better service.
