I have never experienced the most perfect dine in restaurant but last night I did. Made reservations easily got sat immediately our server/host/ everything else he did was amazing. 10/10 food and service. Very clean good ambience. I could go on about this place. Everyone needs to go here

When I brought it back I was told all he could do was have it thrown back on the grill. Then told me I could leave it on the bar. Never offered to remake it or refund my money. I already took everything off the burger and only wanted ketchup mustard lettuce and pickles. No pickles no ketchup completely made wrong. A complete disaster had to go back to work without lunch we’ll I did eat the fries.

Went for queens feast expecting rhodizio. This was not allowed. We still stayed and dined. Food was mediocre at best. Soup was Luke warm. Steak doneness was all over the place. Bacon was undercooked. Service was subpar. Not really much of a complainer but this was a bad experience. Go to chima. Night and day difference all around

Pictures are deceiving next time I will definitely read all reviews. This time we were tired and hungry and made a rushed decision based on lovely pictures of food bad idea. We were the only patrons when we walked in that should have been our first sign to leave but it was still early. Having never been to a Brazilian steak house before we were disappointed to find the atmosphere was very quiet and stuffy only 3 other couples came in after we were seated. However after having walked 2 miles due to poor parking availability we had no desire to leave and have to walk to find somewhere else to eat. We were further disappointed when our waitress seemed to be completely clueless and unable to answer any of our questions without having to go find out the answer but we cut her some slack maybe she was new. We ordered the # 2 combo which comes with choice of 4 sides TOP SIRLOIN, FILET, GARLIC STEAK, SHRIMP, LAMB and, CHICKEN BREAST. We ordered 2 side salads and 2 roasted potatoes. After being told by our waitress that you get 5 roasted wedges and the side salad was a typical sized side salads (in other words not sharable portions). So we got 2 each equalling 4 sides. The waitress returned several minutes later asking what dressing we wanted for our salads and left to put it in I guess. Then returned again to tell us they had no salad do we want something else. How do you not have salad at a steak house at dinner time 7pm? Idk but Whatever. So we asked to see menu again and then ordered the cheese bread and the roasted veggies. They bring out our food after all the other patrons even though we were the first to arrive and first to order. The roasted potatoes was way way more than 5 wedges definitely sharable. That was disappointing because we could have order a different side instead of having an over abundance of potatoes. We ask the other waiter if we could get something else as we were misinformed about the serving size. He said it depends on what you want to get which was a little confusing because I was just wanting to swap it out for a different side but I said black beans and he said that was fine and retrieved them for me. The cheese bread was bland it has no flavor at all, the roasted veggies were okay but what you would expect to get from an Applebee's not a high end steak house. The steak and lamb was a little over cooked but then we realized we were never asked how we wanted it cooked but that was our fault because who doesn't order their steak to a certain specification blame it on the fatigue. Otherwise the protein tasted pretty good, with all this said I don't think it was worth the very high price of $97. Being a foodie I have had way better food and atmosphere for far less money. We will not be returning no hard feelings I hope it's not you it's us, or is it?

Went there for charlotte restaurant week and the main course was awful. The green beans tasted like they were out of a can and never cooked. There was some sort of potato salad that was served with the steak and tasted like sour cream mixed with a little bit of potatoe. On top of that our server asked us what we wanted to eat and then never spoke to us again to checkup or make conversation. Overall I feel ripped off.

Before covid this was our go to place when we needed a place that could easily accommodate a large group for lunch. Needless to say its been a couple years since my last visit. I was really surprised to see that we had to order from a menu instead of the buffet-style lunch I was looking forward to. I am happy to say that while this was not the experience we were expecting, all of our food was delicious. I ordered the steak sandwich and it was delicious ?. I do hope that they are able to bring back the buffet lunch at some point but until.then I will happily return for the steak sandwich.
