TLDR: Hard pass, would advise against dining here. Terrible.

I don’t even know where to start this was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant in my life. I will sum this up the best way I can, In this restaurant I saw zero work ethic by any of the staff as I looked around everyone seemed to be casually working at their own pace there seemed to be no concern for the customers at all. about 30 minutes into our dinner our server brought us the drinks we ordered which was just waters 10 more minutes go by and we had to ask for our complimentary bread and I also asked for 2 more table settings from our server that he never brought we had to ask someone else to bring them, then over an hour goes by and we finally get our entrees after seeing multiple tables get sat and served before us.(from the looks of it there was plenty of open tables so they were not busy from what I saw) I’ve worked in the high end restaurant business before and I’ve never seen a place like this brio had a open kitchen and you can see whats going on in there and there was absolutely no hustle at all and I couldn’t even hear anyone expediting the orders it was unbelievable. I don’t blame any of the workers or the kitchen for the mistake I saw being made tonight I blame it on the management to have employees work like I saw tonight means that they don’t care. Poor management means poor service and lazy employees. This was supposed be a nice birthday dinner for my fathers 50th birthday but nobody enjoyed it we will not be coming back to this restaurant again!

We made a reservation for Saturday lunch. There were less options for vegetarians but they helped and customized the dishes for us. Taste and ambience was also good.

Hidden gem! The food was wonderful, the service was great and I cannot think of anything negative to report other than having a small bar area. And this is not a negative at all. I highly recommend valet parking as this takes away the stress of parking. A great place to dine!

My group apparently loved this place. I had a salad with steak (or tips)... They were incredibly chewing. Location and staff were great.

We celebrated my daughter‘s 18th birthday last night at Brio. The restaurant touched base with me 4 to 5 times in advance. Sent me pictures of the room they had chosen for us to celebrate. Very nice experience. They were very proactive in our celebration. Exceeded my expectations

We had a huge party and service and food were great!!! Only place that would accommodate us during Restaurant week. Many thanks!!!

Very disappointed. This used to be my favorite restaurant with an amazing menu. But the menu has changed to be more like a dot better than Olive Garden. No more innovative recipes like Balsamic Grilled chicken and kale caesar salad. Both items are gone. And many other amazing items are gone too.

What a disappointing experience. We were celebrating the promotion of a coworker and had a little private room on the right hand side when you walk in. Had you asked several times for more drinks, even having to go to the bar to get my own drink. Service was less than mediocre. Food came out one by one so by the time the last guests received their food the first couple of plates were ice cold. Had to ask for bread several times. Chicken Parm was salty and ice cold. No drinks or desserts even offered just a bill put on the table.Don’t think we will be returning with our company anymore

I have been going to Brio for close to a decadebut the quality seems to be consistently declining. The food was mediocre and the staff was inattentive to our needs. They were mostly standing near kitchen and talking while we were trying to get their attention multiple times. they were very friendly but not professional. as is the case with most south park restaurants lately they focus more on ambiance and quantity

The food was spectacular. The waiter, Alex, was efficient, personable, and knowledgeable. It was clean and the bathroom was glamorous. The price was pricey, but worth every penny and then some! I will be going again.

Unfortunately, my recent visit to Brio was a disaster. They ruined a great evening. Not only was our waiter, Boyce disconnected, rushed, pre-judgmental, and presumptuous; he also lacked the “know how” for handling a table of 10. He constantly got orders incorrect and appeared annoyed at times because of his own errors. The food was okay. My biggest issue was checkout. Boyce seemed very unaware of this process. Again, he rushed and had everyone’s bill incorrect, which concluded with us waiting for over an hour just to check out. My card was ran three separate times and none of the transactions reflected that of my actual bill. He also assumed “black women” did not tip and took it upon himself to hand write in his tip for 20%. This did not occur with the party sitting near us who happened to be of Caucasian decent. We asked them. There was no excuse given for the reason we were treated so differently. There was also no explanation for why I was charged so many times. The manager offered 10 $25 gift cards and no one was interested because that doesn’t dispel being mistreated. I’ve been to Brio several times and I’ve never been so disgusted with a business. The manager apologized but only cited the party being so large as the reasons. My suggestion was to utilize your more experienced people for larger parties because you’ve just lost 10 customers, including some that were very loyal customers. In addition, don’t assume a person’s tip amount particularly when you don’t give good service. I am still waiting for the charges to be removed from my card. I was charged 27.06, 40.05, and then a charge for 150.46. My bill was 38.06. Venture elsewhere for great food and good service. Brio has gone downhill!

We made a reservation and showed up on time. Our wine selection, Sketchbook was delicious. We ordered the Calamari, Lobster Ravioli and Lobster Bisque as starters and they were all wonderful. Our entrees were two different Salmon dishes and Grilled Chicken Marsala and we all would order them again. Our server was very pleasant and qualified.

My husband and I decided to do some light celebrating and chose Brio. The waitstaff was friendly and the food was good. The best part were the drinks. We went on a Tuesday night so not crowded.
