Brixx Wood Fired Pizza - Uptown

We arrived before 6pm on a holiday weekend & we’re seated right away. Made it before the rush because the restaurant filled up quickly after that. They offer a gluten free friendly and a cauliflower crust option. The GF crust was not dry & went well with the Sweet Thai Chicken flavorings. For dessert, don’t miss out on the flourless Chocolate Truffle Torte! We added vanilla ice cream for a nice contrast; the cake is rich! Nice selection of beers here too. Very family friendly.

We had a good time when we visited Brixx. I ordered the garlic rosemary oven baked chicken wings and they were delicious. I really enjoyed the food and company at the restaurant. However, I was a little disappointed with the service. The server was nowhere to be found, I had to ask another server for a refill and to bring some extra napkins. This place is really awesome for families with kids because it is loud inside and your kids won't disturb the peace. Brixx offers kids “kneading to waste time” by playing with pizza dough. Its awesome because it keeps them entertained until your meal arrives. There are lots of options to choose from and the pizzas are really good. I came back multiple times due to quickness, convenience, and great quality food. Definitely recommend if you are a pizza lover.
