The chef salad was definitely not a do over. Mainly iceberg lettuce. The croutons were soft and chewy and I can make better ranch dressing myself. Doubt I will go back.

My wife and I had corn beef sandwich and roast beef sandwich and this little restaurant today. It was pretty good fair pricing. The line moves very slowly. Seems like a pretty nice shop.

Great NY deli sandwiches with NC prices. They're so big, we could've shared one sandwich, but I'm glad we didn't. Don't forget a black and white cookie! Only downside is having to deal with the hospital parking, but at least it's not near the main entrance madness.
Parking: Hospital parking (yellow deck) isn't fun, but it's not the main entrance.

Being from Syracuse, I am thrilled Brooklyn Pickle opened in Charlotte as it was one of the places I missed the most. We recently used Brooklyn Pickle to cater a teammate lunch and they did an outstanding job! Everyone enjoyed it! Their food is amazing and I will definitely continue to order from them and use them for catering!

Sandwiches are good but skimpy compared to the original Syracuse location.
Addendum to address the owner response: I am from Syracuse and unless you’ve drastically reduced the amount you put in sandwiches in the last two years I received less than half what I used to get at the original Syracuse Burnet Ave location. Scale or no scale.

Ordered a Cuban sub footlong. Only got two slices of cheese for the entire sub. Person making seemed unfamiliar with what goes on a Cuban sandwich even though it’s on the menu. Topped the sandwich with only 4 small pickle chips. Disappointing. End of sandwich sticking out of wrapping. On a bright note, they do carry Dr Brown’s Cel-Ray soda

This is my second time here and the service is Veryyyyy slow. As in 10min to make a sandwich. Did not have a care in the world for healthcare workers time. And that’s with 0 line and 6 people working. Smh. They asked what meat I wanted 3x….. and this also happened last time. Lol very basic basic requests to remember not impressed. Employees came off unprofessional.

We noticed they were open and decided to give it a try.The owner was on the line helping out and answering questions of patrons and employees leading by example with a smile. It was really busy; however, the line moved quickly. Everyone was open to questions from being greeted walking in the door, menu questions and where the bathroom was.
My family member had a 1/2 Cuban on Rye and let Ved it. Great quality and large serving size for the cost.
Definitely try!! I will probably stop by now every time I have an appointment at Atrium.

We live in Mills River, NC (near. Asheville Airport). Ate lunch before appt. The food is so fresh and absolutely delicious. Help very fast and friendly, very short wait time. Spoke with owner because I was so impressed with her new venture. She sets a fine example for her employees. Keep up the good work and you will be VERY successful!!!

Stopped in for lunch today and the food and service was awesome. I am from Syracuse and once I heard they were opening I had to stop in. I spoke to the owners and said they should own one in fort mill or the Ballantyne area.
Order the BP special, you will love it
