Some of the worst airport food I have ever eaten. I threw most of it away
Shout out to the employee working check out though - he was single handedly running three registers to keep the line moving

It was a very disappointing experience my husband had at your Carolina Pit BBQ on the morning of Tuesday, March 18, around 10:00 AM.
MY husband was standing in front of the food counter, waiting to place an order, but the employee, Miss L., completely ignored him for over five minutes as if he wasn’t even there. When he eventually approached the counter to ask where he should order, she told him that he was supposed to order from the exact spot where she had just ignored him.
However, as soon as a white male customer stepped up, Miss L. immediately took his order without hesitation—despite my husband having been there first and already trying to order. It was a blatant case of disregard and unfair treatment, which was both frustrating and upsetting to witness.
I believe all customers should be treated with respect, regardless of their background. I hope you will address this situation seriously and take appropriate action to ensure that no customer experiences this kind of treatment in the future.
I would appreciate your response on how this matter will be handled. My first visit to Minnesota left a great impression on me—the people were kind and welcoming. However, my first experience at Charlotte Airport was quite disappointing.
Airport staff are not just employees; they play a key role in shaping a city's first impression for visitors. I truly hope that unwelcoming service like this doesn’t reflect poorly on the city.

Served up a pulled pork sandwich, but didn't mention that they're out of the Cole slaw topping it.

Ordered my food. Guys making it were great. I go to pay after I have food in hand and the young women at the register inform me it's card only payment...waste of time money and food and the young ladies were extremely rude. Again the guys making the platters were super great ir I'd give this negative stars if I could.

40 bucks for food that I couldn’t even eat. The. Fries were decent. The ribs were in the warmer way beyond what they should have been it was like eating jerky I had to exchange for pulled pork even though I paid a premium for the ribs. Brisket was below average. This is my review after not eating all day which at that point anything taste good. The restaurant overall seems very mismanaged. Stuff was all over the place and they were serving the food out of bins that were not refrigerated or in the warmer station.

I was at the airport getting dinner. The service and food both are a 0 star. Food was cold and the workers treated us like crap. Even tho this place looks great. Skip it. 20 bucks for a 5 dollar worth meal.
Listen , i know it’s early and all and i’ve worked in food service for so long so i understand but cmon. the girl who greeted me didn’t even really greet me lol , it was super off putting as a customer. also i ordered a breakfast sandwich and they don’t even warm it up lol, thank you for a cold slab of cheese and for wasting $11
I never been to the restaurant,I have been buying the pint containers at the local grocery store. The last 8- 1 pound containers have shown me a drastic drop in quality. When the BBQ is taken out of the container it appears unappealing. A noticeable difference from a year ago. I will definitely stop buying this BBQ. There have been huge pieces of pure fat. This is disgusting. This didn't just happen recently. I hope Brookwood BBQ pays more attention to quality control.

Absolutely disgusting. Tepid chicken stale biscuit over salted greens. When I asked for a fresh biscuit I was told no I said was there anything else? No I said can I get my money back? I guess so. I would not advise anybody to go to this place for $20 a plate. It is a rip off and the staff were incredibly rude.

Woman at the counter said “we ain’t got no breakfast” at 9:20 AM on a weekday, then pointed to a slimy steam table tray with runny nasty eggs in it.

I had a chicken sandwich with egg and someone reminiscent of bacon. The first part has a bun in good condition however the second half was really dry. The chicken was overcooked and tough with a strong salty taste. The bacon was so tough it kept pulling the egg out. Sadly it all came back up in a painful manner and caused me to miss my flight.
