Manager does a great job! I work in the complex and visit here a lot. I’ve watched him handle guest issues with grace and kindness no matter how rude the person is being. It’s been a great improvement to have him on the team.

Slow, quality is highly variable, service is poor, the Poppy Seed bagels have no poppy seeds on them. Today was the third time in a row with this issue and there will not be an attempt at a fourth. Workers can’t read names off order to call out when done. What a joke.

The bagels at Bruegger’s are fine, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. When you walk in, no one acknowledges you—no greeting, no “how can I help you.” Most of the staff either keep their eyes down or just stare without engaging. The lack of basic customer service etiquette makes the experience unwelcoming, and unfortunately I’d rather take my business elsewhere.

Entered shop at 1:20(closes at 2). Things were already broken down and I asked if they were still serving. 3 people behind the counter. The person who replied gruffly said yes and told me to wait by the register. Eventually she made her way to me a gruffly asked what I wanted. I decided to not get the bagel sandwich I wanted due to the unpleasantness of the staff. Not typical of my experience with Brueggers but really? Went two doors down to another shop and was able to get a really good sandwich from a friendly staff.

This used to be a really fun place to go have breakfast. But it has become shabby, the register staff is completely rude and clearly not happy to be there!! The last three times I ordered my bagel it was prepared wrong. It’s sad to see a good bagel shop fall so far!

Poor service. Cashier did not listen and we had to repeat our order multiple times. We were charged for cream cheese on a sandwich but didn’t actually get it. Would not recommend.

The staff was amazing and the bagels Great!

We usually get our bagel and catchup with friends on saturday. We do mobile orders for faster pick up. ! This week we found out that even after waiting 20 mins, the orders were kept in billing counter instead of mobile order pick up. Finally we asked and the associate did provide the order. The food was miserable as its lost its hear and toast by the time we eat. the associate responded that they are doing this to prevent theft. No Empathy in the answer as well. however it doesnt make sense for someone who always pays and expects a decent service. Unless this is fixed why not you stop mobile orders? . Like us others are also watching the mobile pick up area with no bags there. Hope the management addresses this concern asap.!

The cashier was very rude when I asked her why they rejected one of my cards and accepted another one. The bagels were not properly made for the price. I won’t be returning.

Every location I goto in Charlotte the staff just don’t care. Simple order they could not get it right. Really rude.

I like getting the rosemary bagel with walnut honey cream cheese. I think this place is chronically understaffed though, it takes too long and it's not worth it.

Great.. if you like 1 choice of a bagel and cold coffee !

(The business asked me to reach out to them via website to see if they could change my mind. They never reached back im sure they are worried I'll go to the same location and have the same experience)
