Completely apologize for the previous review. Employees have no control over POS system. 1 bad experience vs 10 Great ones is not reason to blast a franchise or specific store. Nothing beats a hot Bruegger Bagel.
I love the menu here. The nice lady on the coffee side was courteous, and they had my order out quickly. Five stars for them.

Okay queen with the short black hair working this morning, you didn’t have to give me so much attitude, sorry I didn’t hear your whisper that my bagels were ready. Gonna give 5 stars regardless cause I know working with the public is tough, hope your day gets better.
