Went to get some bagels at 11:15 AM. When I enter red the building the staff told me that they close at 12 and would not be serving me any food. What’s even the point of being in the building if you refuse to work during your hours of operation?

Came in for a farmhouse with no egg. I got farmhouse with sausage and egg with extra bacon. Went back in to let them know it was wrong and this how I got my sandwich remade. Just sloppy and not really appealing to eat. I’ll take the lost.

This location is terrible! I just left and it took forever for 1 bagel. Not to mention it was not I ordered. I was so frustrated, I did not go back in. Since Andre was moved to Pineville, this location has gone downhill!!

Okay, the place is a lil janky, it's got a broken window, they rarely clean the tables, and the coffee is mid. But omg their breakfast sandwiches and bagels are ?????. I personally haven't had any issues with the staff but I've seen them get a little snarky with other customers. Some mornings you just really want a bagel though and I know where I'm always going to go to get it. (I don't want my earlier comment to be misconstrued. The dining area might be a little dirty as they wipe the tables probably once every few hours so its hard to find a table without crumbs on it... But their kitchen and everything there is ALWAYS clean. At least what I can see)

The staff is so rude here. Ask the lady a question she totally ignored me and then walks back up shortly and just hand me my food no conversation no thanks have a good day nothing. Never spending money here again

Don't normally do these but went here and got ignored then dirty looks by staff I am Caucasian and staff was African American and that's not a issue on my part but was very clear it was for them get job not dealing with the public if that's the case. I will be sure to tell everyone about my experience here. Make it worse it was father's day 2pm

I consistently have an issue with the amount of ingredients I get on my sandwich, specifically the avocado. It was essentially non-existent, the way people perceive seltzer water has a spit of flavor, this sandwich had a spit of avocado. I had to take it apart to find any trace of it. If it is advertised as a key ingredient, I better be getting it as part of the sandwich, not a sliver of avocado. Will not order from here again.
