I am not sure what happened but this place has really changed in quality, I will not be going back this will be my second poor experience with this location, I got ripped off twice. and even the bagels taste stale and dry now.Dietary restrictions: I asked and paid extra for Bagel with Salmon and cream cheese and only received a single order the bagel tasted stale and dry Terrible

I’m a vegetarian and they put sausage on my egg and cheese bagel. Didn’t realize until I got home. Total waste of money. The staff is rude, unprofessional and slow. Do not recommend!

I took this picture at 7:17am on March 10, 2024. I checked the time stamp on my phone. I made an online order and it was confirmed. It's takes me 15 minutes to get there so it's usually ready. I saw one employee outside, and the lights were off. I really hope my card doesn't get charged for this especially when I already paid online. They are usually open everyday at 6am and I ordered online at 7am.

Hours state open at 6am. We arrive at 730am and it is still closed. Employees are in there, we see them they see us but they still do not open. They continue to set up and lay out mats to get ready for the day.We start to leave and another family shows up and find the door locked as well.Beware early morning bagel seekers. This place opens whenever it feels like hours are merely suggestions.

Very dirty- floors, tablet tops, counter, and bathrooms. Food was sub-par. Fountain drink carbonation was flat.
Didn't put sandwich on the right bagel, but it was still good, ordered 6 bagels with a tub of cream cheese, got home and no cream cheese.Update: food was fresh and delicious. I'll just make sure to ask for the cream cheese next time.

Cashier is handling money and food at the same time. Cashier has hair and was scratching his hair TWICE and then reached into the box of gloves to grab ONE and went to reach for my bagel. I asked him to please remove the glove and wash his hands and wear two gloves.... (If you have to slice the bagel you're inevitably going to touch the bagel with both hands). He did wash his hands, visibly annoyed, but whatever. He then put my bagel in the toaster, removed the gloves and took another order. Handled their payment and went to put gloves back on, again without washing his hands. After that I'm just done. I could understand once and if he was completely alone in the store but I could hear music and at least one more person coming from the back of the store. This is a training/management/cleanliness problem.

The girl with the purple hair needs a drug test and is incredibly rude to both the customers and other employees after waiting for 10 min for a bagel with cream cheese which I got and there was nothing on it I asked for my money back because I didn't have time to wait again she said she didn't have time to do that for me this place used to be better
