Based on recent reviews, I had high expectations, but my experience was awful!I ordered a burger and Philly sub combo, only to be met with subpar food that wasn't even edible. The Philly sub was excessively salty, and the portion size was significantly smaller than depicted in your promotional images. I ordered crinkly fries they gave me straight, and they were burnt as well! The burger I received had a burnt bun and patty, when I came in there was a noticeable burnt smell. I would've never thought they would have the audacity to serve me burnt and salty food - craziness! The disrespect they had for me and family is unforgivable.I am sharing this feedback in the hopes that future customers do not encounter the same disappointing experience I did.

A spoonful of ground meat, a bunch of sauce no site of cheese on Philly cheese steak. That a place for when you come off a drinking beng, or the bad case of the munchies !!!Parking: It's located inside a plaza

Ummm, not exactly what I thought. I would errorbmore on 3 5 stars. The chopped cheese was on a toasted bun, and the meat was in physical cubes. I was hoping more for a sloppy Joe consistency but with cheese sauce. It was okay, but I honestly felt like the house sauce overpowered I. The same could be said for Philly. I couldn't taste the meat or cheese. If I were to advise someone, I'd say dont get the house sauce. They were both 6" with minimal girth. I can't say how many oz of meat as I didn't ask. If I had to guess, I'd say 3-4 cooked oz of meat. It wasn't a NY style sammich, but I'm not from NY only to visit, so my opinion may not be worth much.

Disappointed. I really looked at their Instagram and thought I'd get what I saw - philly cheesesteak and some honey cajun tenders. I even showed the guy their own post. He told me what the order was in the video. I said, I want that. Dude puts the order in. 20 min wait, no problem. In my mind, it's worth the wait. Everything bagged up, I grab and go.I get home ready to tear into it. Noticed the philly cheesesteak kinda skinny, real skinny. Ok. Crack open the styrofoam container for thise honey cajun tenders.. DRY. Nothing cajun in theren just honey.I unwrap the philly cheesesteak.. looks like long hot dog bun, the kind they put sausage in. Smaller than that even. I coukd wrap my fingers around it and still leave room and I have small hands. Then, wheres the onions and peppers? I found a tiny diced onion. I think I saw ONE spec, smaller than diced, of green pepper. To be fair.. cheesesteak was flavorful just tiny. The tenders were decent and crunchy but barely any sauce. I can tell they didnt sauce/toss them in a bowl at all. Just threw them in there and drizzled honey on top. Still not sure where the Cajun went but it wasnt with the honey as if they never met.I did get a strawberry crunch dessert that was pretty good.I'm sorry I didnt take pics. I shot two short videos on my IG @soblvd

Ordered for pickup last night, had to wait more than 15 minutes of the time listed on receipt and nothing was done about it. Received cold and old wings smothered in sauce. “Loaded fries” had uncooked French fries in them and the cheese did not melt. Extremely Disappointed not as they advertise on Instagram…
