Buffalo Wild Wings

Every time we go we get terrible service. After waiting a long time for our food, it arrived wrong. So we had to wait again for our order. The waitress (Hayle) threw the menus at us after 10 minutes of arriving and said "I'll be right back." It took her another 10 minutes to come back and take our food order. When the food arrived, we were missing a sauce and she told us she would bring it to us. She brought it when we only had 2 wings left on the plate (we ordered 30). We were still eating (we were about halfway through) and she left us the bill. How is that possible? And what if we wanted dessert or something else? We hadn't even finished eating! It was totally disrespectful. If I could give 0-5 stars, I would.

Food was absolutely horrible, my boneless nuggets were dry and hard as hockey pucks. You should be ashamed of yourselves for charging $12 for this mess. Service was super slow and it wasn't even busy. If I could give zero stars I would.

Don’t bother to even try to eat here. From minute I stepped in I should have stepped out. After waiting a few minutes to be seated, some disheveled employee told me just to sit wherever I want.He worked Monday afternoon shift 3/3/25. I guess that was his way of telling me he didn’t care, because that’s the last I saw of him. Waitresses didn’t even bother acknowledging that I was waiting to be served. You could have offered me some water, or a drink to ease the wait time. So after 15-20 minutes I just left, on the way out I see the dissolved employee and he didn’t even care that I was still holding the menus and walking out. I simply gave it back to him. The fact this particular franchise sits connected to the NASCAR of Fame and treats customers like this is mind boggling. My advice to anyone visiting nascar HOF is to bypass BWW and spend your money at MidWood smokehouse or any other quality establishments in the area. Avoid Buffalo at all costs.

Had 2 burgers and they took 20 min longer than the app said for pick up time, with barely any communication. The burgers were good but the fries were cold

I wish there was a way to give zero stars. We ordered delivery and half the order was missing and the fries were stale. When I called, the employee was completely apathetic and didn’t try to help me resolve the issue.

Just left. Sat there 20 minutes and nobody even came over to serve us . Worse service ever ! Don't go. I can't rate the food, never was asked to order .

I odered my food in advance it was not ready I spent 50 % of my break waiting on my food at the bar and wasn’t even offered a water. I told the manager and he said. We will do better next time. I paid 20 doallars for a burger that was not on time and that was not correct.

I wish I had checked the reviews before we came, but we were tired and hungry after driving all day and it was in walking distance of our hotel. We were sat quickly, but there seems to be no organization of the waitstaff. They literally seem to pick tables at random to wait on, or rather you sit at a table until one of them notices you. Our waitress was very nice, but inattentive/overstretched. We were never offered or brought refills. They were busy but not obviously slammed, with open tables when we got there at 5pm. All the waitstaff seemed to be serving various tables throughout the restaurant instead of covering zones. It took forty minutes for our food to come, and it was cold. The family that was next to us was sat before us, ordered after we did, and got their food before us. Our waitress appeared to give our appetizer to them when delivering their food, and tried to bring us one of their meals instead as our appetizer. When our appetizer finally did come, it was at the same time as the food, and also cold. She also didn't bring/sat the side order of fries on another table and had to bring us another. The guy who appeared to be the manager seemed more interested in watching the Army/Navy game than actually managing and motivating his employees. The food was edible, but not worth the experience or money we paid for it.

Unfortunately the menu cards were incredibly dirty and it took a while until anyone came to pick our order. Also, the waitress was super friendly but not very helpful. The payment took like forever. Such a pity. Other then that, this place serves decent food and its in a great location.

We came in here after going to the nascar museum, we walked in and sat down it took over 15 minutes for the waitress to give us menus. We ordered drinks and it literally took an additional 30 minutes for our drinks to come we ordered 4 drinks and we received 3, we asked the waitress what the deal was, she said “oh the bartender is just not going to make them she keeps walking away” 20 minutes later we received the 4th drink. It took her over 20 minutes to come back and take our order for food, then the food took an additional 30 minutes to be ready. We received the food annd my salsa was bad like expired, it was sour annd warm, we then asked for 2 more beers, and we never received them after waiting for a long while. It took her over 45 minutes for them to bring out check. The service is horrible and our servers attitude was nasty, I will never come back here if I could rate this a 0/10. Waiting over 1.5 hours for awful food
