Place is not busy and we have been standing here for over 10 min to be seated. The worker that greeted us said he'd be with us in a minute and then left the building. Horrible customer service!!!

Horrible. Experience here. 45 minutes to sit down and the server had no empathy at all. I said I’m ready to order 4 times and she caught an attitude and said she getting another server. And the food was cold. I would give it a 0 star

Im done supporting businesses that dont gaf about their customers. Bartenders are great, Keith goes above and beyond. Erin goes above and beyond, if my order doesn't have anything to do with those 2, I get half of what I paid for literally. Emptying my rewards, am done with all bww. Im sure they dont gaf though.

I took my grandson to lunch at this location before going to the Charlotte Car Show. It was convenient but it took over an hour to get our food once we were able to order and the waitress got the order wrong. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich but got spicy chicken sandwich that my grandson ordered. I told the waitress my sandwich was not buffalo chicken. She offered to get some buffalo chicken sauce. She also said the buffalo seasoning is in the coating, which it wasnt. I would have insisted on getting my order correct, but considering it took an hour to get our food, I couldn't wait another hour. It wasn't that busy, but it is loud in the restaurant, so maybe that is why the waitress got my order wrong. It will be my first and last visit to this location.

The Best Boneless Chicken Wings in town with a variety of sauces that taste great. The Wings are also fantastic and cooked to perfection. Fast service and clean.

This one star is for the manager who does the scheduling. We are staying for a convention, the first night we came, chaos doesn’t begin to cover what we experienced. I felt so bad for the kitchen and servers. We were literally told we couldn’t order food because they were 40 pages deep - with one bartender and I think 3 servers total. Next day we tried again hoping the day before was a fluke - but no, same situation from the minute they opened the doors. Do better, check the local calendar, when there is a conference in town, schedule accordingly. It’s really not that hard.

Unfortunately every time I have had to deal with this place it has been a bad experience from customer service to food all bad! They take forever to make simple meals and the workers act like they don’t see you! It’s ridiculous! Management needs to hire more efficient and productive workers and do better! I hate this place and everything about it! DO NOT GO HERE!

This is ridiculous. Ordered well in advance to pick up at 11:10.

Had to wait 10-15 minutes before someone came to the front to ask for order.

Timed it. 15 minutes after scheduled pick up before done. Late from lunch, guess I have dinner 🤷🏻‍♀️
