Sat at Bar, very dead fir a Friday but nothing big going on tv. Bartender was nice but not very personable, had to pry a conversation out.

So I come here all the time to watch NFL Games. Love the atmosphere, bartender I have is incredible.

However, they have stopped making the wings correctly.

But most of all, they have too many gnats at the bar. I don’t want to keep swatting away gnats from my food and drink while watching the game.

No hostess to greet any customers.
A regular customer let my wife and I know we could seat ourselves in the bar area.
We didn't want that, but its all we could get.
Food took forever. My wife's burger was great. She had the chili hash burger.
My burger was horrible. It was burnt, I couldn't finish it.
The fries were cold and stale when they got to us.
This place really needs new management. That is the only way they can suck so consistently

Iittle disappointed !! There used to be 50% flat off earlier I even checked with the waiter.. we ordered for $ 35 worth of wings and got usd 7.5 discount.. the communication would have been better

We came in today and no one was at the counter to greet us. There were already three other people sitting and waiting, and we could hear staff in the kitchen. We stood there for about 15 minutes, trying to be patient, but no one ever came out. When the phone rang, someone finally walked out, saw all of us waiting, and simply said, “We aren’t ready,” before going right back into the kitchen. Everyone just looked at each other in disbelief. Needless to say, we left. Very disappointing experience.

This is the second time I get home and I’m missing wings, yeah I should of checked but it’s still something I paid for

We were visiting from out of town for vacation and chose Buffalo Wild Wings as a family treat. However, the following issues occurred during our meal:
-The food was served cold, including the chicken wings.
-The chicken strips, as pictured) were extremely dry, and my daughter was unable to eat them.
-Items we ordered arrived at random times, instead of together, and our server repeatedly forgot items.
-The chicken sandwich was messy, and it upset my daughter’s stomach.
-My specialty drink was served last, after we had finished eating and were preparing to leave.
-The server she nice but very inattentive to our needs—we had to request napkins and drink refills ourselves.
We are typically a family who enjoys our meals, eats everything, and often takes leftovers home, but this was not the case here. We considered asking for a manager, but our server was difficult to flag down. Out of habit, I still left a tip, but this was not reflective of the service we received. Contacted customer service and haven't heard back yet.

First of all our waiter was beyond rude and when I sat down most of the chairs where broken and I had to switch seats then our fries where very hard as a rock I couldn’t even eat them and I asked for a Dr.pepper and got a Pepsi 1/10 do not recommend
