This place is always understaffed. The food is typically good, but often comes out slightly warm.

On a more disappointing note. I have been a rewards member since 2006. This location marked my account for fraud. Could not tell me why! I’ve talked to multiple managers and sent him multiple emails and yet no resolution!

Wings were absolutely disgusting. Dryer than the Sahara Desert. Save your money, time, and energy and go get Chex. I mean American Deli serves small wings but at least they’re sauced. Waste of $40

I recently called in an order to go which consisted of 6 wings and an order of fries. The app showed the time my order would be ready. I got there 5 minutes early and waited. When my food came out, the time stamped on the receipt suggested that the food had been prepared and waiting 10 minutes before the time I was to pick it up. By the time I got home which was 5 minutes away, my food was cold. The fries and wings were hard and cold.

This is second time messed up the order here only for me to realize after reaching home. Missing large fries this time. BWW reached out to customer service - no response tried calling store - no response.

Ordered wings to my house with fries they was not good won't be back

My whole order suck. So yesterday 1/18/2025, me and my daughter decided to watch football here. Because we like eating here. But the quality o f the food is the worst. I ordered Nashville chicken, it was to hard over cooked, I almost cracked a tooth, the fried were also over cooked. I ordered dip, it was water down, it’s cheese dip, and that was terrible. I couldn’t enjoy the football game because I was still starving. This was my favor place to eat at but not anymore, they fell off, serving low quality food. I guess I won’t be back. I think you guys need a new cook and new to add more to the menu. Stop frying the food so hard.

Staff talking and laughing out loud in the kitchen. They even said bad words. Food was not cooked properly.

My husband and I went around 730pm last night and had a mediocre experience at best. The first thing I noticed by the door is the sanitation rating half covered. You can't tell if it's a 97 of a 91 and that was a little alarming to me. Then we sit down at the hightops by the bar. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich and tots and my husband ordered a burger and tots. Right after I order I go to the bathroom, come back and my food is brought out but not his. I had to send it back because the honey BBQ sauce was not added on like I requested. Not even 30 seconds later he came back with a slither of BBQ sauce! I could have done it myself and my husband still had to wait an additional 5 minutes for his burger. My husband's food was missing his grilled onions after he requested them and he was given the wrong side with his order, so he had to send his back also. I noticed every table had to wait for each plate of food to come out one by one. It's not professional, I've had better service at a fast food restaurant than this. It's steadily falling off and has been for years! The only good thing I can say is our server was really nice & apologetic but knowledge of the menu or communication with the kitchen is definitely lacking here.

The worst wings ive ever had. They tasted like they were re-fried from the night before and over-fried at that. There wasnt a single piece of meat on any of the bones--it was all charred skin that I couldnt even chew. The lemon pepper wings had the smallest dusting of seasoning. Additionally, I ordered 10 wings and received half a small container of ranch dressing-- literally only enough for one wing. Sad to say the celery was the best part of the meal. I will not be coming here nor would I recommend to anyone.

Last night everything was good until my husband ask for and order of wings to go and when he opened it the wings still had a lot of feather's on them . That’s was really gross.
