Never again ! Don’t know how to answer the phone plus I went to dine in last night no type of customer service and my food was cold then waited close to an hour for my food still to be told still waiting on wings. It was barely any customers for my food to be cold n received my food an hour later. People in the kitchen laughing and playing while 2 waitress helping 1 table. I’m not even from charlotte and I just go around and do reviews! This place never again! I love wings and Buffalo Wild Wings is my go too . After my experience never again like I didn’t even exist. No I didn’t eat no I didn’t pay ! No communication no nothing with employees the manager needs to do better night shift! It was late at that I didn’t eat nothing I was upset! This is why I cook lol

Been here for over a hr to eat and ordered food and never got it asked to speak to a manager. I guess there too busy the worse sever of all. Server high has a kite. I’m not psying for bad severs. I know they work hard but I work harder I don’t give money away

Madelynn truly stood out in her service when she served us. She consistently made sure we had everything we needed and was extremely accommodating. I had promised her a positive review, and although it's a bit delayed, I'm fulfilling that promise now.

Where do I start ?? Order an all American cheese burger with no cheese and of course it comes with fries and also purchase the 3 tenders that also comes with fries good thing I checked my food before I pulled out the parking lot because a side of fries were missing . I went back into the restaurant and the cashier which was a heavy set white girl who took my order was standing there.I let her know that I was missing a side of fries . She went to the back and grab some old fries and gave them to me . After I checked the box’s in front of her to let her know that these fries had been sitting for awhile . She grab the boxes of fries went back to the kitchen and brought the same box’s out .. like I wasn’t going to check them .. after I informed her that them fries wasn’t any better she grab the boxes and headed to the back and begin to laugh like it was funny . Than proceed to bring back some cold fries which I let other customers around me touch the fries to make sure it wasn’t me that was going insane .. she went to the back and never came back so I unable to receive my fries that I purchase with my meal . Very poor customer service .. I will not eat at this location ever again .and to show poof the first set of fries was not in good condition ither .

It’s time that I give my props and feedback to this BWW location. I only ever arrive here for the UFC PPV matches.It’s a location that’s more catered to a ‘UFC’ crowd.Although I’m MUCH closer to the Afton Ridge location, I make the extra trek to arrive at this location as they know how to accommodate to a UFC crowd by having all the TVs on from the start of the Main Card. Sometimes even the start of the prelims (barring there isn’t any lousy basket ball games overlapping in same time frame).In which case a few monitors will be on muted.Nothing TOO major.Kuddos to the manager for accommodating the UFC fans there. I didn’t get his name, but he had his arm in a sling on March 9th weekend.The food has been great to me. I never had the need to complain about it.Restrooms are ok.The service is hit n run.Some nights the waitress is on it.Other times they will hover around other tables before they get back to you in a timely manner.Now for my only dispute.I have to say that it’s quite irritating to have my cups/menu/misc. stuff removed while I'm in the restroom! In less than 5 min. All my stuff will be gone.This weekend my table was cleared almost 3 times >.>Each time I arrived back from restroom, my table was empty!Stop doing that! I’m there all night.What I'm going to do next time is bring a marker and write on a napkin in bold letters:“In Restroom – BRB!” lol!Aside from that, everything else has been ace.To all diehard UFC fans – this is the BWW location to hit up!Parking: Parking is shared with other businesses/a club next door. There's spots in the back as well. General safe area. Never heard of any major issues happening to cars since i've been attending.

The restaurant wasn't busy at all and food took forever to come out. Had to flag waitress down just to get a refill on drinks. Checks were messed up and had to be reprinted twice and that took forever also. Would have been understandable if they were busy, but they weren't. Wings were good and fried pickles were good, just slow service. Ambiance was nice. Had a warm vibe.
They sent me the wrong order completely then when I tried to call to get a refund they wouldn't answer.
