My experience was underwhelming.Drinks and service took too long. I was overcharged and disappointed in that. I did enjoy my wings and drinks but i would not recommend this location.

This location has gotten so much better and seems to be returning to what it was when it first opened!! A bunch of new servers who do a great job like Victor. There is also a new manager making a difference who has come up through the ranks. Apparently started off as a line cook with buffalo wild wings years ago. That is unusual these days but it shows in a positive way. Good job to corporate for recognizing and promoting talent from within.If you've been disappointed in the recent past, go back and give then another chance. I went in for lunch, was greeted with enthusiasm like they were actually happy I was there. Service was prompt. Food was served freaky fast. Wings were hot.The only reason i didn't give it 5 stars on this occasion is that the wings were a little fatty. One reason I loved BWW and became a fan over 10 years ago was because their wings were NEVER fatty, ever. I don't know if they've changed their supplier or changed the cooking process but that needs to get back to what it was.They still tasted good even though the cooked texture was not my favorite. Go here and give them a chance to provide a great dining experience again.

I came in for lunch to meet some friends. The place had people at 5 tables and the rest were empty and I was told it would be a 20 minute wait. I asked if I could at least sit at an empty table and I was told no. If you explain that you’re short staffed and I might have a longer wait at the table I understand, but not standing and waiting when the place is almost empty. They then proceeded to walk by the next group several times ignoring them until they left.

We stopped in tonight, and we were immediately told that “we only have wings and fries”. What?!?! How do you only have wings and fries? It’s a Saturday night!!

Came into the place tonight at 11 and ask the guy at the front if they were serving food and full menu. I was told yes and waited to be seated. I finally went to the bar and sat, half the beers were out of stock and ordered a beer I didn't really want. I asked for a menu and the bartender rolled her eyes. Then goes to tell me they are only serving fried apps and chicken only. I asked to speak to the manager on duty and he was professional but gave excuses of why he couldn't serve anything else. If they have a limited menu they need to post something on the door or website or tell the rest of the staff they have a limited menu. Don't plan on visiting this place anymore

Food was good as usual, however the last few times visiting they were very understaffed. The wait was 30 minutes, they stopped taking dine in orders because they were so understaffed. Couldn't get a drink from the bar because the bartender was soo backed up and was helping out as a floor server as well

Can i do zero stars ? We drove one hour to eat here before going to a trampoline park to walk into 2 employees?? At a Buffalo wild wings?? Was told that we can not do dine in but could do take out? Makes no sense on how you can't just cook and bring to our table, same thing! Lights were still off and place looked nothing like what a Bdubs should be, lost our service and many more leaving while we were!

Understand that your employees represent you, when in uniform and on the clock. With that being said, do better! It's a Saturday night, there are watch parties happening! Your employees should not be telling customers that "if they can't wait, then McDonald's is down the street" ever. No restaurant should ever be understaffed on a Saturday! Ever! Wings can be par cooked, and fries can be par cooked. Both can be finished once an order is placed, and still get to the customer while hot! There is absolutely no excuse for poor service. None.

Don’t end up being disappointed and go somewhere else. My fiends and I decided to come in this location to catch the games (March madness). We all regretted this decision. You couldn’t order hamburgers (the guy who cooks them went home(?) we were told). Also a bunch of other things we couldn’t order off the menu. Basically could only order wings and fries. Not even a salad. So ended up understanding all that because lots of places are short staffed these days. The thing that ending up making us all disappointed was when the wings showed up and ALL of our wings were COLD. We just couldn’t understand how being short staffed meant cold wings. There weren’t many people sitting down even in the middle of multiple games on for tourney and I think we all finally realized why at that point.
Poor service. I understand short staffing. But I am not the cause. The waitress had attitude with me because I asked why my 6 wings took 30 minutes. BTW she told me it was because I asked for my wings extra crispy. Not only were my wings NOT extra crispy, they were undercooked! Which is why I asked for extra crispy in the first place. I would avoid this restaurant until they can figure it out.

Great staff, great wings. Great draft selection! Lots of TVs, some with some strange programming but the big game was on most and the volume was turned up! Yum dessert!

My friend & I stopped by to get some wings & watch the Vikings-Bears football game on 12-20-21. We sat at the bar. My friend ordered a drink. Right after he put in his drink order, we gave the young lady our food order. As soon as we did, she told us they were out of ranch dressing. He definitely loves ranch, so we left to go to the downtown location. (Had an issue w/Google Maps which is why this review is just now being left.)

i put in a uber order over a hour ago and my uber man has been there waiting for over 30 minutes now. didn’t realize it would take that long to make wings but okay? and since the little boy on the phone wanna be rude and hang up on me when i ask about my food hope he get fired. do better this why every post i see is always bad about y’all.

I waited an additional hour for my order after allowing the appointed time for my order to be made all for my food to be cold. My fries were cold and overly salty. The lemon pepper wings were cold and all the lemon pepper was at the bottom of the box like they added it on as an afterthought. A complete waste of time and money unfortunately. Happy Holidays
