Horrible time here. Waited for more than 30 mins for our food and no one even came to us to explain what was going on. After checking with the waiter who we ordered with, she said "I've no idea". After checking with another staff, she said they were low on flour. Before this, we didn't get the best service when we ordered the food either. The waiter could've easily recommended us to buy more food for cheaper as part of a deal but she didn't. When we found it out and asked her to change the order, she was trying to explain how it didn't make much difference. Always, that's nothing compared to the long wait time we had to endure before walking out hungry.

Serenity was our server and to be honest after the manager ignored our table to took 3 tables seated after us in front of us I was pretty upset. Serenity was so nice, on point with service and no matter how annoyed or upset I was she still he wud excellent service and really turned our entire experience around. Then we found out she didn’t get off until 3am and was going on just a few hours of sleep. This location is very lucky to have her and I will be a repeat customer only because of her.

I’ve seen snails move faster. I did a mobile order and my food was supposed to be ready at 5:20. I was there at 5:15. I DID NOT get my food until 5:40. Meanwhile they are dancing and singing having a good time and people are waiting and complaining that their food is taking forever, and they aren’t even busy. I won’t be back here.

I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings and had an amazing experience, thanks to our server Allison! From the start, she was friendly, and had great energy. She made excellent recommendations, from the best wing sauces to their popular sides, which really helped me narrow down my decision since there were so many options. Food overall was decent but the service was amazing!

This place is the worst I’ve ever been to and it’s time to shut down. My husband and I were meeting another couple for a Saturday night dinner and we got there first around 6:15pm. We sat ourselves and it took 15 min for a server to get our drink order. Then it took another 15 min to get those drinks and we never saw that server again. Our friends finally got there around 6:45pm and no other server approached our table until 7:30!!! Once another server approached our table to get their drinks, we ordered appetizers and food all at once because we didn’t know when we’ll see her again. The nachos were gross and cold. Our wings and fries were terrible. They forgot one of our fries. The women’s bathroom had 3 stalls and only one was working. The other two were filled to the brim with wet dirty toilet paper and the part where the toilet connects to the wall was about to come off it was so loose. We waited at least another hour to see her again and she acted surprised when we asked for the check. The server had no care in the world. We had to ask for plates to share the appetizers, silverware, and napkins. She acted surprised when we asked for those things. Never asked anyone if they wanted a refill on their drinks. I will never be back to this establishment. It’s time to actually hire people who care and have good customer service or shut this place down. I bet they have roaches.
