Burger 21

My wife and i like to go there for their sweet potato fries. Today we ordered a burger and sweet potato fries and we both got regular fries. When we said we ordered sweet potato fries we were told that was what was on the ticket. We assumed that would replace them. They did not.

The burgers and shakes were delicious! The fries could use a little work. The service was good, once there were a few patrons it took kind of long to get the food.

Burger 21 is always a wonderful experience for our family they are very thoughtful and good with our gluten allergies and every time that we're down in the area we go there

I got the Monterey Chicken Burger and it was so good. Juicy chicken, crispy bacon, fresh avocado, and just the right amount of spice from the jalapeños. The brioche bun was perfect too. Had tater tots on the side and they were next-level crispy. The place is clean, bright, and comfortable, with a nice setup that makes it easy to relax and enjoy your food. Staff was friendly and quick. Definitely coming back.

I have been coming to this place for 10 years. Unfortunately the service has went completely down the toilet. I got lunch there today and the cashier messed up several orders as I was sitting there waiting on my food that was already sitting on the counter. I asked the cashier 3 times if that was my food sitting on the counter over a span of almost 15 min. Finally she comes out and asks me my name again, when I tell her she goes in the back to check on my order that came out a while ago. Then 2 or 3 people come out from the back and show her that the order has been sitting there with my name on it in big letters on the bag. She then brings me my cold food and I leave. At this point I check the food and it is barely warm and im trying to get back to work after waiting forever so I leave and call them back. I asked for a refund for my cold food and they said that they would remake it but I didn't have time as they used all of the time from my lunch break. This is where it gets really bad, when I ask for the refund they proceed to just start putting me on hold for 20 min at a time and then coming back to see if I was still there and then hanging up. This went on for an hour. This will be the last time Burger 21 gets any of my business!

Heard this place was pretty good and was really hungry for a burger. But unfortunately I walked in and waited at the counter for over 5, close to 10 minutes and never saw a single employee. The door was unlocked and there was a family eating outside, so I assume they were open (3:30pm on a Monday) but unfortunately, I decided to go elsewhere. The dining room was nice though.

It’s been years since I been to burger 21, and since I was in town I decided to grab a bite to eat. 1st of all the prices are ridiculous. I paid $12 bucks for a veggie burger that tasted like an old soy burger from elementary. I also got a side of sweet potato fries for over 5 bucks. I told the cashier I wanted cheese, but didn’t check my bag until I got in the car and found that I had no cheese. I went back in and she told me 80 cent, which I then had to go back to the car to get the money. I went back in for the 3rd time and paid for the cheese, and she brought me a cold piece if cheese in a little box telling me that I would have to add myself being that I left the store. I will not be returning!!!! Worst service!!!!!!

Needed the most calories a burger could offer I got a double with no fries or anything it was amazing. The 21 sauce is really good as well, nice flavor.

I ordered at 9:30pm was eating and at 9:040pm they dumped all the tea. I went to get more and they said they were closed and so no more tea.
I understand stop taking orders at 9pm but you wait til your customers are done eating before you start to clean

Asked to speak to manager and put on hold and they never came on the phone and then was disconnected

The Spicy Thai Shrimp Burger and fried picked are Amazing! I called and spoke with Alexis who went above and beyond to assist me. When I came into the restaurant she immediately knew it was me. This type of service is one that can't be taught. I am definitely going back!!
