The Monterey Chicken sandwich was outstanding, grilled to perfection and the toppings were fresh.

Good outside seating, friendly service. Shakes and fries are awesome! Burgers while tasty were inconsistent with how they were cooked (under cooked) and not always made as ordered.
EXCELLENT management and staff! Quick service, OUTSTANDING food, and a very relaxing atmosphere in the heart of Ballantyne.
The young dude with the shaggy hair is such a sweet guy. A bit awkward but who isn't that that age. He was a hard worker while we were there, very polite. he definitely has potential for his future in what ever career he wants to do.
As usual food is great.
Please update your inside furniture. It's becoming dingy
Solid burger spot overall. Gave it 4 stars mostly for the food quality, even if the prices aren’t great. Fries were alright, nothing to rave about. There’s nothing super unique or memorable, but it gets the job done. Kind of feels like a slightly nicer version of Five Guys. Worth trying if you're in the mood for a burger and don’t mind paying a bit more.

Delicious burgers, fries, onion straws and milkshakes!
Placed an order on a Friday afternoon with no crowd. I arrived and stood at the counter for far too long before walking out. No one there to acknowledge me, staff was there but not paying attention. I could’ve walked right out with the cash register and no one would’ve noticed.
We love the burgers, they are our favorite here in Charlotte.

I am obsessed with the fries here, yes I’m the person ordering only fries for my delivery every day 😅👋. Sometimes I order their impossible burger and it is also very good.
Im concerned with how clean burger 21 is. Its a bit off and seems dirty. My burger had little balls in it that I had to spit out , like cheap meat. Also it has no good burger smell when you walk in. I knew that was a bad sighn. , They need more staff.
The sweet potato fries are great. I was not crazy about the sliders .
Excellent burgers! Tried it for the first time tonight and would definitely come back when we are in the area again!
