I was visiting Charlotte to take care of some business, saw this place, and decided to get lunch. I walked into the restaurant and noticed there weren't many customers. There wasn't anyone at the register to take my order. I was okay with that because it afforded me the opportunity to look over the menu, and if I had questions, I could ask them once someone came out. I got the Monterey Chicken Burger and it was so good. Juicy chicken, crispy bacon, fresh avocado, and just the right amount of spice from the jalapeños. The brioche bun was perfect too. Had tater tots on the side and they were next-level crispy. The place is clean, bright, and comfortable, with a nice setup that makes it easy to relax and enjoy your food. Staff was friendly and quick. Definitely coming back.
The Spicy Thai Shrimp Burger and fried picked are Amazing! I called and spoke with Alexis who went above and beyond to assist me. When I came into the restaurant she immediately knew it was me. This type of service is one that can't be taught. I am definitely going back!!
