Burger 704 is undeniably the worst dinning option in all of UNCC. The main reasons •high price ($15 for a burger meal) •low quality: the burgers lack flavor and overall presentation, McDonald’s and Wendy’s are way better options •long wait time: with no other customers it took 28 minutes to receive my food Honestly I have no idea how this place is still open, during peak hours they have no customers, they all go to the Chick-fil-A next to it. Avoid at all cost, it’s better to just go home and cook yourself a meal

Why did I order at 2:13 and it’s now 2:37 and I’m still waiting to get a burger and tater tots… there’s only one cook and she decided to leave the grill to talk to people she knows and make their drink ? and that was at the twenty minute mark.

Line is always short because it is right next to Chick-fil-A. Food has always been tasty and at a good price. However, you get what you pay for. If you want the best burger in Charlotte, it's not here, but it's decent and accessible. Fry sauce is the bomb.

Old, Stale and super dry Bun that broke and when the first bite was taken, Dry Burger, Old oily fries. The only thing in the meal that was decent was the fountain drink that they did not have a hand in making. Poor quality..

It’s Chick-fil-a. Always a “pleasurable” experience no matter where you are in the country.
This may be the biggest Chick-Fil-A I’ve ever been to! They closed off our section but told us it was fine and to take our time as we finished our meal. Excellent service!

If there is a line at the drive thru, go inside and get it to go. It's a lot faster.
