This in the worst BK ever don't go here . Ordered two whopper Jr with cheese and bacon, they were worst taste ever. Nothing was made fresh. The bacon and the burgers were bricks, I know how long cooked supposed to be kept stored and when to be thrown out, none of that happened people can get sick and so forth.

DO. NOT. BRING. KIDS. HERE. OR. AS. A. SINGLE. WOMAN. Tons of homeless around the area. Smelling strongly of urine and meth as you enter the bus station. No drive through. Staff was good. Food was okay. One entrance and the others were padlocked shut. Needs security in the area.

It's allot of drug dealing and homeless people hanging around inside and outside the store, employees don't dress presentable and are rude and unprofessional security is needed

1.)THE RUDE OLD LADY SHOULD HAVE BEEN GONE YEARS AGO THROWING PPL CHANGE GET MAD WHEN YOU ASK QUESTIONS ETC. DO NOT EAT HERE AT ALL PERIOD THEY MICROWAVE FOOD AND REDROP OLD FRIES ONION RINGS. DRINKS ARE FLATTER THAN NOTEBOOK PAPER. 3RD TIME THIS WEEK I ORDERED A MEAL WITH A SODA.
2.) I speak of all of Charlotte when I say the old lady at the front been real rude to us customers for years and have the audacity to throw our change at us also even when politely asking about items. 3.) For the love of God please lady stop getting mad when we ask is the drink machine fixed or working properly and all sodas literally taste flat stale and tart like they haven't been changed unless the GM Francisco is there who is nice but everyone else there is completely off the charts rude

What a terrible experience. Running late to get to the Justin Timberlake concert, we thought we drop in and grab a quick bite. Food was cold, no ketchup. Imagine a fast food restaurant not having a packet of ketchup. Then I tried going to the bathroom, all the bathrooms in the entire restaurant were out of order, both men’s and women’s. The restaurant was also not clean, what a dump.
It’s too bad I had to give them one star, I wish zero stars was an option.

Cold food is really sad how this restaurant is downtown in Charlotte, North Carolina. Do not eat here if you do, you might get sick.
Luckily I only bought water here and was on the toilet, which would have ruled out eating in the restaurant for me in any case.

I went in to order something small, so I could get change for the bus. The worker was rude and told me they stopped taking orders. It was 9:56pm. The place does not close until 11pm! It’s one thing to not be taking anymore orders due to closing, but to not take anymore orders out of pure laziness is ridiculous!!! I never liked this BK, and that interaction really sealed the deal!

I cannot speak for anyone else's experience I can only speak of mine. Slow service yet excellent burgers etc as you would expect from Burger King which has existed since at least the 1970s. I got my usual Whopper with no pickle or lettuce, fries and a chocolate milkshake. But it was I to go order so I do not sit in and have it. East high Street and West trade Street can be very busy at times yet I love Charlotte sometimes. You are more than likely need some Pepto-Bismol because the food is terrific and you more than likely will eat too much
