I have been to this location three times in the past 2 weeks (attempted to get breakfast) and every time I was told their system was down.
It makes no sense!
This location just needs to call it a day and close its doors permanently.
Bad customer service I waited almost 30 min just for a plain sandwich and a whopper around 3pm the guys was just talking away to the car customer. I never has to wait this long at a fast food. It was my 1st time in Charlotte and a very bad experience with this location. I know it’s not the guy at the window fault but they need to be more staffed. Plz poor guys.
