I ordered on the mobile app and the drive thru line was long so i went inside. Stood there for several moments without being acknowledged. When i finally asked someone to acknowledge me he told me that he can’t help they are busy and walked off.

Came through the drive thru, I was there for the whopper and chicken sandwich BOGO. You have to use the app and have to give a code. Ok did that, drive thru employee was rude. Basically threw my card and receipt at me and told me to pull up. Got my food out was all there, checked my receipt and was charged for 2 chicken sandwiches. Food was not great. and overcharged. What's going on at this BK? not great reviews

Terrible, I made an order for delivery because I can't handle it, and they gave me an incomplete order and now no one is responsible, that if I want to go for what I'm missing, for a reason I ordered for delivery. Never order for delivery because you will enter what you want and you are not responsible...But the payment if they take it in fu….
