Was charged multiple time for an order because they don’t change receipt paper or help customers there employees are left alone the management won’t help customers when they call I called to resolve the charges and he said call back in a few days and wouldn’t even check into it now I have no recipient and I’m out of my money I went to a funeral and this is what I get for trying to get food to eat . They charged me for the food I got and the food I didn’t get and now I have to dispute everything so wanna talk about being inconvenienced it’s not even the fact I was told to go screw my self when trying to explain the problem it was the sourness of the manager who doesn’t get I’m barely surviving in life I needed that money and you didn’t even listen to my problem you just said call Monday and guaranteed I wouldn’t be charged and I was multiple times then set on the phone four times for a refund and still couldn’t get them to give the phone to the manager the hung up every time on purpose. I will speak to corporate and the fact you ruined my week put me in debt after a funeral I’ll take you to court and sue you and then for hiring trash for management how hard is it to help someone at your stores you saw I got my 32 dollar bag of food then you saw you never made a 39 dollar one same day same time so the fact your employees wanna play phone games and not help me either is why you got this review !!!! The only way that order went through is if someone stole my money because I wasn’t charged till after I got into the city I was flying to for the funeral and you told me I wasn’t going to be charged I kept telling the sweet girl behind the counter it kept saying approved there’s no receipt she without a hesitation told me you weren’t charged as well yet I was charged !?? Either someone’s stealing and credited my card that night or a mistake was made and your going to make things right I shouldn’t be begging for a call back or having to be hung up on because your employees refuse to give you a phone I just want my money for the food I never got a whole other order because she took my order after telling me it never went through !???

Worst BK I’ve ever been to.
I placed my order on the touchscreen kiosk and waited almost 20 minutes because there were no staff around. Then the cashiers finally showed up holding Starbucks cups. To make it worse, my Whopper looked like it had been sitting on the warming heater for over an hour before they just tossed it into the bag.

Food was on par with other Burger King locations, which to me is good. Gentlemen behind the counter was proficient and friendly even as the Saturday morning rush started to kick in.

If you're going to make us use an airport touchscreen to order food we will eat with our hands, at least have the courtesy of putting some hand sanitizer or wipes out as well. Ate here out of necessity and against my better judgment.

Digital Broadcast Marketing

This place is the worst BK on the planet...it sucks. There was no ice for drinks. I let them know. The response was it makes it's own ice. I asked if there is ice in the back. Response. It makes it's own ice. Food was cold. Bread stale! Employees attitudes very bad as if they're doing customers a favor! Shut them down! Kiosk pricing is Euro dollar symbol not US dollar.

Slow, terrible customer service, overpriced. Had a 20 minute delay on a sandwich only to be told they’re out of that sandwich. Asked for refund three times with no verbal reply from representative. Better of going to get food anywhere else.

We wanted to grab a quick bite as we didn't have much time between flights. The cashier had an attitude from the time we ordered. Our food came out very fast because it really might have been sitting there all day. Bread rock hard. Chicken sandwich was a weird brown color. Lettuce and tomatoes wilted, just mush. I asked for a refund which I did get after some more attitude.
