We wanted to grab a quick bite as we didn't have much time between flights. The cashier had an attitude from the time we ordered. Our food came out very fast because it really might have been sitting there all day. Bread rock hard. Chicken sandwich was a weird brown color. Lettuce and tomatoes wilted, just mush. I asked for a refund which I did get after some more attitude.
I just visited this burger king after getting off our flight. We was hungry. We ordered two fish sandwich meals hold the lettuce and add onion, tomato, and sauce The fries was stale and heated,and the fish sandwich was cold. I was very disappointed and disgusted. For $35.59 how horrible!
Literally the rudest staff! Drink machine had no soda water in it and the lady working the counter was yelling at the patrons that they either get no food and she gives back their money or they take the food with no drink and it's not her problem. When asked if we could get a milk for our sons meal instead she actually screamed at my husband "NO!". Unreal...
I recently ate in NC and I have some serious concerns about my food at the BK location in Charlotte Douglas Airport. I stopped for dinner with my wife and the Whoppers were terrible. It was clear the staff was not cooking fresh. All of the Whoppers were pre-made and sitting in the rack. My wife ordered a Whopper without onions and they just gave us a pre-made Whopper. The burgers were cold and were clearly sitting there for a while, and it was clear that other customers were unsatisfied as well. The line was too long to address this with the manager.
Ordered a whopper jr with cheese and a large fries. There was no cheese and the burger was literally half the size of the bun. Also the fry container was half empty. Almost $18 for a dry tiny piece of leather and half an order of fries. Burger King has turned to pure garbage at this point.

You’ll be charged double the normal price then they’ll get your order completely wrong AND burn it then serve it to you like that’s a normal thing to do. If I could give zero stars I would.

The jacked up prices are crazy. A breakfast sandwich, tots, and orange juice shouldn’t cost over 20 dollars.
The biggest problem is the service though. During my long wait for my food with the herd of others waiting, I counted at least 10 staff. They were all working at a crawling pace and didn’t seem to care about speed. They don’t need to hire more people, they need a manager who can get them to actually work faster.

Disgusting
I visited Burger King in the Charlotte NC airport on December 29th for breakfast around 9am.I want to start this by saying I’ve never left a bad review in my life. I had an incredibly disappointing experience. Someone needs to address your staff member named Gigi—she was handing out the orders. Not only was she rude to me but to multiple customers and the other employees. She YELLED at me for not walking fast enough to pick up my order in a very crowded area-I didn’t plan to leave this review until she berated an elderly man using a walker for the same reason. Who does that? Her behavior was AWFUL and I’m not sure how she is still employed with you.
The only good thing I can say is the other staff members were kind and even tried to de-escalate her by telling her they were “tired of it” and she wanted to argue with them too.
The young man behind the counter deserves a raise for keeping a positive attitude in such a tense situation. I wish I caught his name. He was smiling for everyone and still made sure to tell me to have a good day.
Your customers shouldn’t have to deal with her treatment, especially in a busy airport where patience obviously a must. I seriously hope she will no longer be working for your company.

Terrible services , PRICES SPIKED COMPARE TO BURGER KIND ATRIM .. there is never a cashier available, they never take cash . Turn around time is terrible need to be shut down so a real restaurant be replace it
I wish I could give them zero stars. There were a ton of people waiting and I walked up to the kiosk to order and a woman very rudely told me “we’re closed, we close at 8.” The website says they close at 10 (on a Wednesday) and it was 7:43. Regardless I said “is there anyway I can just get a soda” and she said “no, I said we closed” and I said “you close at 8?” And she said “we are closed right now.”
She was the most obnoxious unfriendly person in the entire airport.

You gotta be kidding me. kiosk asked me for a tip. I am forced to use a kiosk to order. No human interaction and it wants a tip. This is out of control. I almost walked off and went somewhere else. I am only here because I don't have a choice. Fries were cold too boot.
