The worst staff every, so rude all of them!
When I placed my food order and tried to put my food voucher the lady at the front that’s in sitting on a chair was completely rude and had a attitude from the beginning she told me to plug in the number without touching the screen and every time I tried to she made it seem like I was wrong by pressing the numbers and then said to me she knows I’m not that dumb and her friend laughed with her and tossed my food while laughing at the comment that was made. Never coming here again if they are going to treat military personnel like this.

Nasty and rude people working there. I had no time so I asked the cashier if she could hand me one of the many things of fries just sitting there once I paid her. They were a few feet away. She said no. I had to wait my turn. It took more time to argue about it than it would have taken for her to just hand them to mexc
I got Burger King because I was tired of waiting in the line for the adjacent sandwich shop. I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich with no mayonnaise, clarifying this with the woman who took my order several times. I told her that I wanted the lettuce and tomato and only wanted the mayo absent. She rang my sandwich up as plain. It was a frustrating experience.

DONT ORDER ONLINE!!! They don’t have anything and made wait 30 minutes to say that they don’t have the same menu, I asked what can I do? And they say I don’t know!!!!!! Bad bad really bad customer service, the worst customer service ever!!

Very rude , long wait , missing items “fries “ , I returned the orders refunded it ? The employee who fulfillment my order was caring about return the drink, came says “where is the drink “ that was instead of apologizing of her mistake , the drink was on the table we didn’t need it or want your food , keep it for you I going to find better store then escalate that to your corporate office . Bottom line, avoid this airport BK. It's worth standing in line next door for Chick-fil-A or Jersey Mikes. I ordered the The Bacon King, Large Fries, and the Chicken Fries & my wife had her usual Whopper Jr. & Fries and we had drinks. Nothing was hot! NOTHING! The place was sloppy with trash on the floor. There was no ice! The ice was empty at the beverage station & the ice was empty at the ice machine next to it. We only got one of our Fries & all the desserts were Sold Out. So overall, the worst fast food experience we've ever had.

I highly recommend you’ll not to choose this Burger King on b concourse at the airport , employees unprofessional including management team . burger kind has mice in the kitchen, and serves food that have been sitting out for hours .

We wanted to grab a quick bite as we didn't have much time between flights. The cashier had an attitude from the time we ordered. Our food came out very fast because it really might have been sitting there all day. Bread rock hard. Chicken sandwich was a weird brown color. Lettuce and tomatoes wilted, just mush. I asked for a refund which I did get after some more attitude.
