Me and my boss man went through to order some food, the lady at the window messed up the order and then still gave us what she wanted to give us but charged us the prices for the items that we wanted. Then when I went in she gave bad customer service had an attitude, complain about me addressing her messing up my order. It's not about a burger it's about the money that I spent I just want what I spent my money on but it's fine I reported her to corporate

I just had the WORST experience at Burger King. I placed a $132.50 order, and when we checked, we were missing one order of mozzarella sticks and TWO fries. They didn’t even give us straws.
We went back to complain, and the lady there was ARROGANT and RUDE, insisting with the worst attitude that she had put the mozzarella sticks in the bag, when clearly they were NOT there. I’m not lying — I have no reason to complain about something I already received, especially after spending that much money.
When I asked for straws, she handed me a ridiculous amount, clearly doing it out of spite. Unbelievable level of disrespect!
I’m not fighting over a few mozzarella sticks — I’m standing up for the principle: if I pay for something, I expect to receive it. The service was TERRIBLE, and the customer service even worse.
👉 I will NEVER go back to Burger King. This was the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had at a fast-food restaurant. All this over a couple of fries, one mozzarella order, and some ridiculous straws. Absolutely shameful!

Everyone had to pull up and wait. Placed online order for impossible whopper and was told they are cooked when you arrive. Waited patiently for my food and it was burnt. Had a weird taste!

I had a fantastic drive-thru experience at the Burger King on Albemarle Road! The service was fast, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. The staff greeted me with a smile, got my order exactly right, and had me back on the road in no time. My food was fresh, hot, and delicious—exactly what you’d hope for when grabbing a quick bite. Definitely one of the better Burger King locations I’ve been to.

The only BK that gets my partner and I's order actually right 9/10 times. Anytime there's been any mistakes they've always been EXTREMELY accommodating. Favorite bk location. Great workers depending on the shift, haven't had a bad experience!
