This review is for Destiny the wonderful young lady who works the night shift drive thru window. She is always so polite and greets us with a smile. We truly appreciate her and she is a value to Burger King, especially this location. She deserves a raise and recognition for being the Best Part of Burger King! Thank you Destiny for always making our visit a pleasant one!!!

Finn Hill

Waited over 45 minutes for an online order. Multiple other cars drove off. There may have been one other customer who got food in that time, its hard to tell if they just drove off too. THREE employees inside. I'm not one to critisize service workers, but with that many people you should be able to get more than one order out in 45 minutes.

These guys are great! Went through it was a bit of a wait we didn’t care it’s late night oh well had a nice greeting on the speaker started ordering and the woman was so nice! My friends were all over the place which made me change things and order wrong she never got upset or even the slightest bit frustrated with us super super friendly OUR FOOD WAS FRESH THE FRIES AND ONION RINGS RIGHT OUT OF THE FRYER! These guys did an amazing job! ❤️❤️❤️

Very poor customer service snd attitudes at this location. Made a purchase on June 30th and upon arrival home found that the order was not correct. Promptly called the location and talked to the manager who reportedly took my name down and stated it would be taken care of upon my next visit. Visited the location today, gave my name as instructed and surprise, surprise they couldn't find my name and accused me basically of lying after a lengthy interrogation. I will never frequent this location again and I suggest you don't either.

Don't get me wrong I see its hard working people in there trying to do what they can. However to be denied a item I paid for is crazy. It is not my fault your system didn't print the ticket correctly. I have proof on my order where it shows I ordered the items. For the manager to not do there job and to send an employee out to deal with the situation is really unprofessional and not fair to the young man. It is a managers job to assess situations not an employee. No body wants to spend money on something and be told they can't have it. You have to do better then that.

FRAUD ALERT!!!!! BEWARE!!!!! My mom had a charge on her debit card for 0.71 come through at 4am in the morning at this particular Burger King location. When someone eventually answered later in the day they told her to call back because the manager that was on duty then was out. Finally a few days later my mother spoke with the so called manager a sorry female named TERRI who was unprofessional, kept over talking my mother and being disrespectful which you can’t expect but so much from a burger manager but the defensive attitude and lack of professionalism speaks volumes and makes me wonder if something else is going on up there that needs to be looked into. I will be contacting corporate personally regarding this manager who should be fired simply for her childish behavior and also I am encouraging my mom to file a police report because someone had to have her card number as she was at home in the bed with her physical card so either someone screenshot it, saved it, skimmed it or something I don’t know if it was an employee at this location or just so happened someone outside of the company decided to run her card for 0.71 at a Burger King where nothing is 0.71  so who else would do that? My advice to all potential customers is to pay in cash and lock your debit cards if you’re using one and being the manager is as trifling as she is, don’t expect much in service. Everytime I go up there my personal order is incorrect and I have to wait, I see why now, being it’s ran by incompetent people no wonder they stay understaffed and who knows what else they do up there. The only thing I can say for a fact is the service is horrible and so is the food, as for the card, only an investigation will determine the true story but YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

My experience at this Burger King location was, without a doubt, the worst I’ve ever had in terms of customer service. From the very beginning, the treatment I received was rude, rushed, and completely lacking in courtesy. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, the employee who took my order made assumptions without asking basic questions such as whether I wanted a combo and abruptly sent me to the next window without allowing for clarification.

When I went inside to try and correct the mistake and add fries and a drink to my order, the situation worsened. I was met with even more hostility and unprofessional behavior from three different employees, all of whom showed a disturbing lack of emotional intelligence, empathy, and basic customer service skills.

Most concerning was the clearly discriminatory attitude directed at me for being Hispanic. There is absolutely no excuse for a well-established brand like Burger King to allow individuals with such disdain for others and obvious personal frustration to represent their company.

I ended up requesting a refund not only due to the poor service, but because of the humiliating, racist, and incompetent treatment I received. It is truly disheartening that in 2025, there are still places where ignorance and personal bitterness overshadow basic respect for customers.

I strongly urge anyone who values decent treatment to avoid this location. We all deserve to be served by people who demonstrate maturity and professionalism in their roles. And rest assured, I will not let this go unnoticed.the press listens too, and stories like this don’t go unnoticed.
