My experience at this Burger King location was, without a doubt, the worst I’ve ever had in terms of customer service. From the very beginning, the treatment I received was rude, rushed, and completely lacking in courtesy. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, the employee who took my order made assumptions without asking basic questions such as whether I wanted a combo and abruptly sent me to the next window without allowing for clarification.
When I went inside to try and correct the mistake and add fries and a drink to my order, the situation worsened. I was met with even more hostility and unprofessional behavior from three different employees, all of whom showed a disturbing lack of emotional intelligence, empathy, and basic customer service skills.
Most concerning was the clearly discriminatory attitude directed at me for being Hispanic. There is absolutely no excuse for a well-established brand like Burger King to allow individuals with such disdain for others and obvious personal frustration to represent their company.
I ended up requesting a refund not only due to the poor service, but because of the humiliating, racist, and incompetent treatment I received. It is truly disheartening that in 2025, there are still places where ignorance and personal bitterness overshadow basic respect for customers.
I strongly urge anyone who values decent treatment to avoid this location. We all deserve to be served by people who demonstrate maturity and professionalism in their roles. And rest assured, I will not let this go unnoticed.the press listens too, and stories like this don’t go unnoticed.

Cassandra is great! Great customer service from her and the other young lady with her. It was late as hell (3am) and she still had great positive energy from the speaker phone on drive thru, to when I even pulled up and waited for my order on the side (they were packed)
I had already gotten my order but was still parked and Cassandra came by with a smile and said “everything alright? Just wanted to make sure we took care of you.”
Bless her.

They took out the Burger King in Lake Wylie. (The establishment itself was old and nasty! ) We miss having a Burger King burger!!! Come back!! Anyway....so happy to have their burgers while visiting my son in Mt. Holly!!

I ordered a whopper with cheese combo meal. My whopper was absolutely horrible. The meat was cold, and the cheese was not melted 😕. The fries were super hot, and the burger was cold. That's not my idea of good food. I could go on and on about how terrible it was, but I won't. I will say don't waste your money going to this particular Burger King location. I did NOT have it my way. I want my money back. 💰 🤢.

Drove 20 minutes with my daughter for a vegan burger, only to learn BK doesn't sell an Impossible Whopper anymore. Just ate here a few weeks ago. Not sure why BK stopped this option.

Stopped by after work to grab a quick bite. I haven’t eaten at BK in years, nor do I particularly crave it, so this was purely a convenient stop. Cynthia was an absolute sweetheart—she guided me through the menu and helped me find the best deals. I ended up choosing an old childhood favorite, which made the visit even more nostalgic.
Greeting her at the window was a delight—she was warm, friendly, and full of smiles. She even offered me a crown, which I gladly accepted, before sending me on my way. It was such a pleasant experience, especially thanks to Cynthia. She reminded me that, despite how fast-paced and hectic life can be as adults, there’s always time to share a kind moment with one another—and to offer each other the crowns we deserve.
