I went inside to use the restroom I ask the attendant if he can unlock the restroom He replied You have to buy something before you I come in here about every weekend and buy a tea small He said you have to buy something first I handed them the money and ordered a tea I had to ask them 5 times if they could unlock the restroom The lady attend finally unlocked the restroom so I could finally use the restroom This is unacceptable I thought you can get it your way I am disappointed...read full review
If I was the owner of this restaurant I would be embarrassed, for the customer service that they offer and the quality of food that they give.
Went to the drive-through had to wait 10 minutes to get my food, drove off once I received my food and it was ice cold!!
This location is one of the better locally, but very disappointed in the size of the 2 slices of tomato on my Bacon Cheese Whopper. Literally looked like roma tomatoes, or large cherry tomatoes. I did not complain to the manager because the produce comes in already prepared, and their standards call for 2 slices on a Whopper.
This is something the Corporate Office needs to correct.
