This place is a clear example of everything that is wrong. The employees are very rude and smoke marijuana at the entrance of the establishment, then with their hands stinking of drugs they manipulate the food. They should be closed immediately.

I Made A Mobile Order For Drive Thru At The Brookshire Blvd Location But Was Told I Had To Come In To Get It. When I Asked An Employee Why, She Said She Didn't Know! The Whole Purpose Of Ordering Thru The Mobile App Is To NOT Have To Go Inside! When I Went Inside, I Wasn't Even Greeted! I Stood There For A Few Minutes Before SomeOne Asked Me "What You Need", Not A Hello, Not How May I Help You, Not A Sorry For Your Wait, Just Terrible Service All Around!!! The Wait Time Was Very Very Long. Also, An Employee Was Changing Trash Bags & Upon Completion He DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS!! He Then Began Handling Food & When I And Another Patron Asked Him To Wash His Hands, He Got An Attitude! One Employee Wasn't Even Wearing Actual Shoes, He Had On Slides! This Was The First Time At This Location And It Was Worst Service I've Ever Received At Burger King! I'll Never Go To That Location Again!!!

Very bad service all the time you wait more than 15 minutes to be served and at 6 in the afternoon they already have the door closed. It is the worst restaurant in the United States where I have ordered food and their workers are in the game all the time and the party and the people waiting for the order
