Always a bad experience here. Last night, after not going here for a few months thought I’d give it a risk and benefit of the doubt. Nope.. driving up to the drive-thru. Had an employee yell at me out the door. Saying they’re closed. Mind you it’s around 10pm. They are closed at midnight.
All around lazy workers every time I go here. Not sure how this BK is still open.

Just came through the drive-thru at this restaurant just got the most utter disrespectful manager I was picking up an Uber eats order the manager wanted to be rude and disrespectful due to the fact that they somehow ran out of sweet tea and cocked an attitude when we told them that it was part of the order when we came back around for the third time the manager that was on duty made the gentleman in the window deal with our order and a very rude fashion by uttering the words you deal with them I don't want to have to deal with them I work fast food myself any but I'm not that disrespectful. I would reconsider having her as a manager as a employee of your business.

I should have read the reviews. Ice cream is yellow looks and tastes like it was melted and refrozen, because it was. All the food was terrible and cold the buns of every sandwich were stale. Poor quality and no onions or ring on the crispy onion burger. I ordered on the app and I marked for extra BBQ sauce on the onion whoppers its like they took that to use as little as possible. When I brought up my concerns I was met with a stiff look. Truly terrible service.

For the past week i been feeling like they are serving you what they want! I had to return to the store a few times because my order was not right! By this time I dont feel the night shift is fully cooking the patties, because they still look raw with a grill mark on it, and I dont understand why my patty look like a puzzle that was put together! I eat here often and wish yall do better!

I’m not sure who you have at the drive-through window, but she was very sweet and pleasant. It was so refreshing to have someone that nice. Served me at the window.
I didn’t cut her name, but she had two buns and a really pretty brown skin. I wanted you guys to recognize that you have a gem at the drive thru window. ❤️

Quick and fast and order was correct. This review was from many years ago. The service now sucks and I have stopped going there for that reason. The owner needs to go there or send representatives there to evaluate his workers representing his business.
