For a franchise fast-food joint, the cooking department here was on par. The double cheeseburger I ordered was juicy, not too salty, and rivals gourmet ones that are more expensive. I wasn't planning to write a review, but remember leaving thinking very highly of this location.

The worst customer service ever, a store manger told me his name was “Michael” but I don’t think that was his name. We ordered a jacko latern whopper we didn’t think there was bacon in the whopper because on the picture it doesn’t like there was bacon on it. We are highly allergic to it. (There was no item description of what’s on it)

So we came back around to ask if they can remake it, the store manager came on the mic with a rude tone and we told him we are highly allergic, he said that it wasn’t his fault and that we should have read what’s on it, but mind you there wasn’t an item description on there. So he came out the store and tried to put out where the item description is and he pointed at the picture but there wasn’t any bacon on the picture.

Worst customer service I have ever had in my life. I placed a pretty big order for around $90

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.
I had the worst experience, not just once but several times and today (10/10/25 at 1:36 PM) was the final straw. The person taking orders at the drive-thru was extremely disrespectful. I ordered three Coca-Colas, and all of them were the wrong flavor. After driving away, I had to come back so they could fix it.

When I explained what happened, the employee responded with the worst attitude, saying “What do you want?” in a very rude tone. I stayed calm and told her I just wanted regular Coke. She replied, “That’s all we have.” I asked why she didn’t tell me that before so I could choose something else, and she said, “I’m not dealing with you,” then walked away making a rude hand gesture.

They left me waiting and refused to help me. I never disrespected anyone, yet after a long wait, someone else finally came and gave me the regular Coca-Colas — clearly showing they did have them. She just didn’t want to do her job.

I went here on 09-27-2025 to pick up some lunch for my wife and I, and I went inside. I was the only customer at the counter and yet I stood there for about 5 minutes while workers went back and forth without looking at me. Eventually, the drive-up worker came over and stood at the register and glared at me without saying anything. I gave her my order and waited about 10 minutes to get it. The food was hot and pretty good so I'll give them a break for that, but there's really no excuse for the attitude.

Halfway through my croissanwich, I bit into something hard that turned out to be an entire fingernail. While the staff & management were extremely friendly & apologetic, it doesn't take away from the fact that I am horrified. I'm headed to gargle peroxide for the third time because disgusting is an understatement.

Went thru the drive thru and I asked for a double burger with extra pickle and onion added…she keep saying double bacon burger in which I keep saying no that’s not it. She caught an attitude and said “yes that’s IS IT SIR”..ma’am no it’s not!! ..meanwhile I’m watching what she is keying on the screen and it’s all over the place smh... FAST FORWARD…get to the window and she has an attitude, waited a good 10 mins before any interaction at all. While at the window she had my drink sitting on the counter out in the open with no lid as I watched flies go in and out of the window, workers coming up talking over my cup…she said she was waiting for somebody to bring a top for my drink….why not just make me a new drink then?? Smh…MOVING ON got back to work…my burger was suppose to have extra pickle and onion…IT HAD NO PICKLE AND NO ONION…ANDNTO MAKE IT WORST opened my drink and it had hair in it smh. Like what is happening.
