I went in there to order a family bundle. The lady told me I needed a coupon to be able to order the bundle. I told didn’t have a coupon but I’ve ordered it before on DoorDash without one. She told me I needed a coupon and couldn’t order it. That makes no sense to me. What ever happened to have it you way! So I had to spend an extra $10 and order it on DoorDash cause I was to lazy to drive a little further away to McDonald’s.
The cashier will flat out ignore you. Also, you have to get key for restrooms.

Excellent, great service and speed. Food was excellent and fresh. She even brought our take out to us instead of us having to pick it up from the counter. The soda machine had few selections however. Superb visit!

As A New Viewer Here On Google Maps From Shreveport Louisiana This Burger King Just Needs New Management I May Not Be From Charlotte.
But I Feel Bad For Most Customers And What Their Complaints Are And Yes The Phone Needs To Be Answered At All Times If They Can't Do That Then They Need To Be Fired.
Because There's No Sense In Them Not Answering The Phone At All And Just Don't Give A Rat's Ass About The Customers And What Their Concerns Are Simple As That.
Plus They Need New Staff And New Management With Cooking Experience Taking Orders And Answering Phone Calls At All Times.
It's Not Just This Burger King But Every Other Burger King And Fast Food Chain Locations Throughout The United States And Around The World Need Management With Excellent Leadership.
