Subject: Serious Concern Regarding Service at this Burger King Location
I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment regarding the unacceptable experience my elderly mother (80 years old) and I had at this Burger King location today. Upon attempting to enter, we were denied service and told that due to being short-staffed, the store was closing early and was not admitting customers. Additionally, we were informed that staff did not want to take the risk of being robbed.
This level of mismanagement is completely unacceptable. Denying service to two women, including an elderly lady, due to staffing issues and vague security concerns is both discriminatory and absurd. If this location cannot operate properly, where is the management oversight to ensure customers are treated with respect and dignity and provided with the service they expect?
This experience has severely impacted my perception of this brand.

I paid over $8 for a Whopper and small Sprite. The burger was very thin, only 3mm thick. The shredded lettuce was wilted. The burger had an unpleasant taste. There are still some Burger Kings that do well at preparing burgers, but this location is not one of them.

Jarrell, Zye and TJ had the best customer service! I came through the drive through with multiple orders for my kids and they made sure the orders were correct. Even after one was wrong they happily fixed the issue. Customer service from this team was top tier! I appreciate these young men for being nice and patient with me! Thank you Jarrell, Zye, and TJ!
