I placed an order online twice, almost a week apart. Both times my order was canceled and supposedly a “refund was issued immediately,” but I never received my money back despite attempting to reach them via phone multiple times. I contacted my bank and they confirmed that they’ve been waiting on the merchant (BurgerIM) to complete the refund. Ideally, it shouldn’t take almost a week to process a refund. While it was my hope to become a loyal customer, that is likely not going to happen at this rate. Even if the order was unable to be fulfilled, I would’ve appreciated decent customer service via someone accepting my calls, along with getting my money back (in a timely manner) for food I never received. This is disappointing. Hopefully this will be rectified ASAP and I can update my review?

First time trying this out and IT WILL NOT BE THE LAST! got a grilled chicken sandwich and fries... Amazing.. will definitely return, I cant believe I never stopped here

Every time I’ve ordered from here there has been something wrong. First time, waited about 45 mins for a hamburger meal when the place wasn’t even busy. Last time got the wrong order not once but twice, today tried to place an online order but they didn’t accept it on time so it timed out. Drove up there and saw a guy in there by the register but both doors were locked at lunch time. No note on the door or anything. Won’t be trying to eat here again, plenty of other burger places around.

Small portions and low quality food for the price. You're honestly better off going to McDonalds. However, the workers were nice and friendly.

Food is awful. Came in for lunch and the onion rings were undercooked, charged for flavored chicken strips (even though they were naked), it was just bad all around. 10/10 do NOT recommend

I purchased the Trio Burger combo before work and opened it to see it was sliced turkey instead of the turkey patties. I called the manager and he said they ran out of meat so they bought a whole turkey to slice it up. I asked for a refund because this is not my expectations of what they do sell as a Turkey burger. Also, they had burned sweet potato fries. He said it would be refunded back to me and I never received it. So I called him and he advised that it would be a simple button to push and I still never received it. I have called 3 times but I just called headquarters, reported BBB and gave also another review with Yelp. Apparently this place has received a lot of negative reviews and I wish I would have read them before making a purchase. They don’t care about the quality, expectations nor customer service there.

I ate the Angus burger with their burgerim fries with cheese and bacon. Burger was made to order so we waited a bit longer than expected. They forgot to add bacon on my burger and gave us our milkshake until the end of our meal which I didn't like. They are short staffed. They had one girl handling the cashier, phones and bussing the tables. She had great customer service and was very nice. I paid $26 for two burger meal and a shake. Prices are good. They also have a bar and serve beer.

I feel that them as well as others are experiencing difficulties with labor and certain needs. But the food was great, the service was as expected with the the times, and gentleman that appears to be running the place was very kind, helpful and apologetic. His sincerity made me a repeat customer. For that alone is worth 6 stars out of 5.

I didn’t order sweet potato fries, the bacon on my burger belongs in a kibbles and bits dog food bag it’s so hard! My bun was burnt. The cashier clearly wasn’t listening when I ordered. The manager did comp two sliders that weren’t added to my order. But the food quality is terrible.

Staying at a hotel next door and needed a quick lunch but didn’t want another sub or pizza. Got a burger onion rings and a strawberry shake. Great burger hot and crispy rings and a marvelous shake. And super friendly folks. Was it super fast? No. Was it really good. Oh yes. I’ll take really good over fast anytime. I’ll be back, probably tomorrow.

Avoid at all costs! We placed online orders that were supposed to be ready in 15 minutes. They were ready in 90 minutes (with no apology or recompense) and half of our orders were wrong. We further complained to the restaurant and they told us our money would be refunded. We never saw the refund. We sent feedback in through the company site - upon clicking submit, a message popped up on screen saying our feedback was very important and all messages would be read and replied to. Never got a response. Seriously the worst customer service ever. I waited 10 days to give them a chance to get back to us before posting this review. Food was decent but very overpriced for a counter service establishment ($15 for a burger and fries). I will not be going back.
