I LOVE THIS PLACE! The coffee is amazing and the staff is wonderful! Everyone is so kind and polite. Their coffee is so delicious and they have so many options. Their seasonal drinks are so good, and I especially love the white peppermint mocha! The prices here are so reasonable, especially compared to other coffee shops. This is by far the best place to get your coffee!

This is my favorite coffee shop in Charlotte! The drive-thru option makes it convenient, quick, and easy. I am always met with a smiling face and the workers are quick to make my delicious coffee. They have so many flavor options and lots of sugar free choices as well! I'm here at least once a week and always recommending it to my friends!

This is genuinely one of my favorite places in all of Charlotte. I came here once with a group of friends and have returned a gazillion times since. The coffee is super great quality, and I love the variety of unique and familiar flavors. Their menu has so many amazing options, and I'm obsessed with the seasonal items. I've also heard the local family who owns this chain is pretty cool. This place never fails to make my day better. There is one problem with it though: It's not close enough to my house! But I would seriously drive across the country just for Burr and Berry's coffee. Really boosting my mental health just by getting something from Burr and Berry. 10/10 cannot recommend enough GO RIGHT NOW!

My husband and I are huge fans of Burr & Berry and their South blvd location never disappoints. We love that they feature other small businesses on Saturdays (usually donuts) and their Holiday drink offerings have been delicious - we've been loving the Sugar Cookie Latte (iced of course!) and White Maple Chai. The team is sweet and kind and everything is quick and efficient. Five stars all day long!

I love coming here for coffee and love the staff but the owner has to be so lazy and cheap. This is my third time coming here but sadly it will be my last. This time when I was coming to the walk up window to order a latte. I saw a roach walking over the Esposito machine. It was so disgusting and it was so big. Then I remembered the first time I came to this place; I thought i saw some baby roach walking on the counter but it was so small that I thought it was something else. But now I know for sure it was a roach and that was months ago. And the fact the problem they still have roaches. I looked around for a health rating but I didn’t see one. Which is very confusing how can you deal with food and drink without having a health rating. Hope they do something about this. I feel so bad for the staff; having to work there with roaches everyday. Hopefully the owner does something about the roaches.
