Bartender was awful. I get more attention at the Newark airport where you order everything from a tablet

Coming back as we wanted to try the popular lobster roll. The chicken risotto and steak fritte were delicious. The 7 layer chocolate cake, wow

My family and I have been here several times and it has gone downhill each time. The last two visits had very similar experiences. Our order was taken and then after waiting an excessively long time for our meals to arrive, the food was luke warm. The servers did apologize for the wait and we were offered a dessert on the house. However it doesn’t make up for the negative experience. We came most recently to celebrate a birthday and it was not the pleasant experience we had been looking for. A few other problems we noticed were asking for condiments and refills but not receiving them. Disappointing overall.

I took my family of 6 to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday and from my perspective, way too many things went wrong. At Burtons price point, I have higher expectations than they deliver. My son's $47 ribeye steak dinner was not good. While he had no complaints about the steak, the broccoli tasted like it was doused with a chemical and the mashed potatoes were cold. I actually took the time to taste his broccoli and agreed, it was inedible. We told management and they brought him another side dish. But the taste of that broccoli was so odd, that I'm wondering what they did to it. Next, my daughter-in-law ordered the steak frites medium rare and it came well done. That's the 2nd time she's ordered it and the 2nd time it's been over cooked. She was going to eat but I wouldn't allow that so again, we called management over. They took her plate and cooked her another steak. But that took almost 15 MINUTES and she had nothing to eat. By the time her meal came back, we were all done eating so she picked at it and then had it boxed up. Family celebration dinner ruined. The obvious thing to do is comp her meal, which they did (thanks), but I still paid $420 for a so-so meal. If it wasn't my daughter's birthday, I would have gone off on management, but I figured that would only make a bad dinner even worse so I but my tongue. My son and I agreed that Burtons is not a place we'll go to again. Oh and i should mention that I've been to Burtons approximately 12 times, 11 of them at their Park Road location. This visit was to the Blakeney location. So I guess my overall feedback is to stick with their bowls because they didn't get much else right.

Ok for the record, we had a tough start but the true measurement of success is not how you start but how you finish. Our original food came out cold but the waitress said, “no problem” and took it back. My second steak came out really quick but was burned on the edges. At that point the manager, Chris, came out and said don’t worry we will make this right. The next food was perfect and the attitudes of everyone were apologetic and passionate to make things right. At the end we had a great meal and they comped it as well. The moral to this story is not that they gave us free food, it was the commitment to make things right. We were already members at Burtons but they have us for life. Thank you Chris and Burtons Grill!! ❤️

One of my favorite spots in the area to go to. Food is top tier, and the service is always great! I’ve gotten lunch and dinner here many times, my favorite here is the Bolognese. They also have a gluten free menu for anyone who perfers or needs it. 10/10 service and food!

Today I was out and about and decided to stop for lunch for the weather so hot .. did not feel like cooking.
I enjoy coming here for their fish sandwich .. it is so delicious. They never skimp on the French fries which are also so good. I also had a side of cole slaw. Since it was Sunday Brunch .. I also enjoyed a Bellini.
If you are near a Burtons .. give it a try .. you will not be disappointed!

I very rarely find a place where both the food and the service exceeds my expectations. Our server, Ed , he was … amazingly hospitable on so many levels. The only nature staff was awesome. I am from out of town and I plan to visit the restaurant in Plantation. They have successfully raised the bar in there gluten-free options. I am accustomed to going to restaurants that offer a limited ‘sad -to -be me’ gluten-free menu , where the food is good but mostly tolerable. It’s nice when a gluten free dish is equally envied. When they look in your plate and hope they had chosen your order. Thank you for making our evening special.

Very accommodating. The food and drinks are pricey, but good. When I'm in the area again I'll be back.

We came here for the first time to celebrate a birthday, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. Our waiter, Justin, was incredibly welcoming and made us feel special right away — he even wished my partner a happy birthday as soon as we arrived at the table, which was such a thoughtful touch.
Justin also gave excellent recommendations from the menu. We tried the General Tso cauliflower, and it was a huge hit with our party of six — packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. The drinks were delicious, the food was fresh, and the service throughout was attentive and friendly.
Overall, it was a fantastic evening, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend this spot for any special occasion or just a great night out!
