Stay away from the pizza it's disgusting. This place used to be great, post Covid it has been downgraded tremendously. Food quality is questionable, chefs(term used loosely) are rude and have zero customer service skills. The only time I can muster up the patience to deal with them, is when breakfast is being served because they seem to get that right. Everything else except subs need some real work. I can no longer justify spending my money for that subpar food. To be in the BofA building and cooking food that can rival public school meals is beyond me. 7-Eleven might be a better choice than this over priced cafe.Dietary restrictions: Seems to be options for people with restrictions such as vegan options.

I went in as a Temp worker. While there I can say the atmosphere, and staff management/leadership was a pleasure to work with. I would love the opportunity to work with the Cafe again, as well as encourage anyone whom has a chance to do so to go for it. Awesome place, awesome people, awesome team....

Place was very busy but got seated after 15 minutes, the staff were very friendly and received good service. The food was also pretty good and free lollipops at the desk ??

I enjoyed my visit to Bytes Cafe while staying nearby for business. The entrance is through an office building in the Gateway area. When I entered it was bright and clean with lots of tables and chairs inside or you could take your food to go and sit in the commons like area outside. During my lunch visit they had a pizza station, an Asian type station, a sandwich station and the salad bar. I got salad to go and was impressed at the cleanliness and freshness of the options. Just for reference they had several different types of lettuce, chick peas, match stick carrots, black beans, broccoli, tomato, green and red peppers, artichoke hearts and various cheeses and meats. There is a separate dressing stand with some decent options. At the end of the salad bar they had two soup options one being vegan Tomato Bisque which was delicious. When you are ready to check out you can either use a self service machine or they also have someone at the counter to ring up your items. I enjoyed the salad and soup later on in my hotel room and will definitely return in the future.

The cafe is always super clean. The staff are very helpful. There’s always options on what to eat for breakfast and lunch. The crispy chicken wrap is my favorite. Personally I’m grateful for a cafe in the building. Limits having to walk or order from more expensive options. Thank you ladies and gentlemen for your kindness and punctuality with ensuring we are well fed and assisted at BofA.PS pricing is extremely fair.

Very convenient and you can get your food on the go they also have a great selection of food and it tastes pretty good. Nice customer service and very efficient way to grab a byte (wink wink), I would definitely recommend.
