Got this bento for $28 with tax, the tuna inside was mediocre at best, it was at the bottom under the salmon squares...tastes weird, smells weird, looks weird, and disgusted by it... making sure to eat my wasabi so I don't get sick... for that price the fish should be fresh... this is not fresh food... it too bad but I would avoid it...

Cool concept kiosk where you pick your items, sandwiches, drinks, chips and more then place your items on a scale, pay and enjoy. If you have a quick layover like we did this is perfect for traveler's.

They should change their “gourmet market” tagline. They offer the same junk one can find at convenience/gas stations. Don’t expect to find much of anything if you have food allergies other than a fruit cup.

Love the new "priceless" concept!!! Why post the prices, just pay up, if you must ask the price then you can't afford it!

Got charged an amount to my credit card higher than the price of the item. None of the self checkout registers were working, and there were no cashiers available to assist customers. Waited in line for 10 minutes before one arrived to try and troubleshoot the register. The refrigerated case was not working and all the items were warm. Avoid this place.
My very favorite place at CLT! I come here even if my flight is in another terminal. The self-checkout is the best I've ever seen and works like freakin' magic. Fantastic, fresh sushi. Good selection of snacks and beverages. Good music selection.

The adjacent Hissho Sushi which shares a cash register with Cíao has a decent veggie roll, which is a decent vegan option in an airport with very few. Posting here as Happy Cow is only currently accepting fully vegan businesses.
Vegetarian options: There's a tasty vegan veggie roll.
