Cabo’s nailed it! Our server Stu was amazing—so on point and made sure we had everything we needed. You could tell he really cared about making our experience great. Shoutout to managers Ronaldo and Laura, who both personally checked in on us throughout the meal and even helped with drink refills. It’s rare to see that level of care from the whole team. The fajitas were sizzling and flavorful, and the burrito tequila was packed with flavor. Can’t wait for our next visit!

From start to finish, our experience at Cabo’s was fantastic! Stu was our server and he was incredibly attentive, always checking in without being overbearing, and super friendly the whole time. The managers, Ronaldo and Laura, both stopped by multiple times to make sure everything was perfect and even refilled our drinks themselves. We had the fajitas and the burrito tequila, and both were absolutely delicious. Great food and even better service! We’ll definitely be back!

Omar served me the best margarita and the best ceviche. Top notch! His service is spot on. Talk with him directly. You will see!!!

If I could give this restaurant negative starts I would! I usually don’t right reviews but this is unacceptable I don’t understand why this restaurant has a 4.4 start rating if it is absolutely incredibly disgusting the food wasn’t cooked right and it’s tasted like it’s been there for weeks and just heated in the microwave. The people were nice tho but the food is not even good if you want real Mexican food don’t come here it tastes nothing like Cabo!

The food was nasty half the food if not all is not even freshly made it tasted like it’s been there for weeks but the people were very friendly but other then that this restaurant is nasty it doesn’t even taste like Mexican food if you looking for real Mexican food DONT COME HERE! If you want to get diarrhea come here!

Just had a late lunch here with family. The food was great, but the service was exceptional.

Omar took fantastic care of us throughout our meal, anticipating refills of our chips and drinks before we could even ask. He even brought my daughter replacement crayons when he saw that they broke! His attention to detail and courteousness were next level.

He even provided a fresh bag of chips to take home when we asked for to-go containers and made sure to offer to-go drinks as well.

The manager was also very courteous and checked in to make sure we were happy.

We have been here before and enjoyed our meal, but this was visit was truly outstanding thanks to Omar. A perfect example of coming for the food, but returning for the service. We will try to be back soon.

If you decide to visit and have Omar as your server, you are in very good hands.

The food and staff are wonderful. I was there once and when I returned yesterday staff remembered me. The drinks are excellent as well. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Since moving to Charlotte, I have been looking for my go-to Mexican spot. A place with great food, fair prices, and killer margaritas. After several visits to Cabo's, I can confidently say I found it. As soon as you walk in, you are quickly seated, immediately given chips and salsa(very good by the way) and met by a staff who work seamlessly together to make sure you are always taken care of. Most notably, the excellent server, Omar. He provides recommendations that never miss the mark, while being friendly, attentive, and hilarious! Make sure to order some queso dip, try the skinny margarita, and my favorite, the Ropa Vieja.

Come for the food, stay for the Omar!
