I visited this establishment while exploring Charlotte the other night. About 20 minutes before closing, I was using the women’s restroom when I first got to the location, when a bouncer forcefully entered, loudly yelling and banging on the stall door next to me, as well as when I opened my stall to see what was going on, my bathroom door was smacked into the side of my face by the employee with a long braided beard, resulting in me dialing 911 because I was too afraid to open the door and was having a panic attack because I thought this person was a drunk customer trying to assault us. I am now receiving harassing messages on my social media from this bouncer because I posted about this publicly, i'm also not sure if I spoke to the manager or the owner while I was there, but he also seemed to not care whatsoever. Will not be returning here, such a disappointment.

Had an absolutely horrible experience here. Bouncer and bartender both extremely rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. I went with a group from work and the word about this place spread at our conference pretty quickly the following day. None of us will ever return.

Horrible service. The drinks were pure sugar and had an awful taste. The service was very rude. Never coming back. Bouncer was extremely rude.

This place is located in the southend area. Great for the 21 yr Olds that are mature to hang out. Was just in there waiting for my reserved table at their other place. Wasn't in there long enough for food and drinks. Definitely a place to check out..

Nice atmosphere with a cool fireplace but holy moly are the drinks expensive. Got an old fashioned and a perfect manhattan and each one was $22 for a total of $50.

Went to the Ritz a few nights ago and paid less.

Popped in last night for a drink and the place is beautiful inside. We were greeted warmly by the bartender upon arrival, our server was great and our drinks were yummy. Felt very welcome !
