After paying 40$ for 2 sandwiches they gave me a wrong sandwhich for someone else’s order. I called the store and they said there’s nothing that can be done. This is ridiculous

Took 40 minutes to make 2 kids grilled cheese, a mini sub and a small sub. When we finally got the order they had forgotten part of it. Staff was unapologetic and rude as well.

Ordered for pickup. Your hours plainly state 9pm. Arrived at my scheduled pickup time of 8:40. Doors were locked and two of the night employees were hugging on each other completely ignoring me. I have paid for my order already. Why would employees close and lock the doors before time to do so?

This is my family of 3 second visit and we have been impressed each time. My husband is from New Jersey and I'm from Buffalo area of NY(Go Bills! Lol). It's been challenging finding the Best steak sandwich in town. Capriotti's has become our go to for Steak sandwiches and tuna submarines.
Olivia and Tori provided us with stellar service (attentive, knowledgeable staff), and a warm and inviting atmosphere. As soon as we entered the establishment we were treated like valued guests. They provided excellent recommendations and promptly responded to inquiries.
We highly recommend the high quality and fresh food at Capriotti's! We can't wait to come back again Olivia and Tori! Thank you for the excellent services provided :)

Terrible service and very bad attention from your staff, I hope they change those people who are attending and preparing the orders. I was waiting for my order for 50 minutes, which was only 2 items, while people arrived and came asking for their order and in the same way they made them wait too long. They just spend it laughing and talking to each other and don't take out the orders. Very bad, terrible.

Ugh I hate to be that person to leave a poor review but the quality of my latest order with Capriotti’s was poor top to bottom.
It was delivery order confirmed at 11:45 with an estimate arrival time of 12:30. It wasn’t until after 2:30 that my order arrived. That in and of itself may not be an issue with Capriotti’s but the hot sandwich had been sitting out for hours (and with Mayo which can be a cause for concern).
The white and dark meat turkey on the Hot Bobbie was borderline old, hard as a rock and pulled apart like jerky. The roll became so soggy it started to break apart upon unwrapping it from the paper. We had to toss it once we inspected everything.
After seeing the order remain delayed hour after hour sitting on the rack, it would be good business practice to identify the issue and make a new sandwich on the fly before it goes out the door. 2-3 minutes? It’s a small detail and the cost of making a fresh, second small sandwich is minimal compared to retaining business.
If you’re reading this your experience is most likely better than mine. This place has 4 stars across the board but for me, unfortunately, can’t match the high stars or a solid recommendation at this location.
I lived in Vegas forever and LOVE Capp’s. Went in today and there was one lady working. Sweet as pie! I ran next door while I waited and my order was ready in 10 mins and with a smile!

First time at this location but it did not disappoint! Everyone working was in such a great mood. Victoria is a GEM and definitely helped make this visit better than expected. I normally order the Impossible Philly cheese steak. She suggested the sandwich made with the veggie turkey... OMG!!!!! It will forever be. New item on my order going forward!!!!

Pretty place but very rude staff who judged my order, made no effort to give good customer service nor be inviting. Her hair was unkept and inappropriate. And she had the worst attitude to match. A portion of the menu is down. The sandwich was dry, underwhelming and only had 2 slices of cheese on it. Oh and did I mention there was a bone in my sandwich? NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN! Save yourself the time and go to Harris Teeter. They have better subs
