New Customer! I placed an order online for 2 sandwiches. 1st the offer that they gave me a coupon said free small sub. I ordered a small sub and a 5" sub, and they gave the 5" sub free and not my small. My 5" Italian sub was good but very salty. The 2nd sub was the small classic Philly Cheesesteak. First it wasn't made how i asked them provolone cheese only add mayo, lettuce& tomato, extra mushroom & onions. They put onions & mushrooms on the side which i didnt ask for. I asked for Mayo Lettuce and tomato to be put on the side. Only to get home and I have no Mayo Lettuce or tomato at all! I asked for provolone Cheese Only and didn't get that either. I don't understand because I ordered at 8:00 at night through that app (which I think that options for add on or extra need to be updated) with and 8:15 pickup. When I go and pickup only 1 person waiting for food shop not busy at all employee greeted me but after like 3 minutes of walking by pickup sign. My receipt on bag clearly had order right. Sticker on sub clearly had my order right but they just didn't prepare my sub right. Sub wasn't seasoned missing majority of my add on's. There's other stuff that I want to try but now I'm very hesitant on coming back or not!!

Truthfully the best tuna sandwich and also the best sub I’ve ever had in my life. Bar none.

I asked for VERY Light mayo on a turkey sub with a normal amount of mustard instead & There was so much mayo it tasted like a tuna salad sandwich & maybe a drop of mustard at the end?? I also due to that couldn’t tell what kind of meat was on the sub. The ingredients were barely on the bread and it’s not like it was packed full of them, also don’t think one of the young kids working made it??↕️
That’s it. That’s all. Disgusting ?
Service got two stars because directions were not followed and atmosphere got two stars because the inside didn’t make me feel like I would eat there Just take to go as fast as possible not a very inviting use of the space… I don’t typically leave reviews but ??♀️ sorry yall

Ordered through door dash while in town for a girls trip. None of our sandwiches had any flavor to them, not only that but my French dip was literally all bread and no meat! It cost us $75 for 3 small sandwiches and 2 bowls of soup. So disappointed.

Pay 6bucks for a large fry and they can't fill their cup up more than half way. Avoid this place until they begin giving you what you pay for. Disgusting lack of care for the customer.

wanted to enjoy this new sandwich spot. When you open the sandwich it breaks apart immediately.
Meat was super dry. No taste to it. Fiancée's turkey sandwich had a bone in it.
Not good. Hopefully it goes out of business fast and a jersey mikes goes in instead

Just got to start out with a shout out to Jaeshawn (hope that's how you spell it) and Gabe, them guys did it up right for me and my family.
We drove here (2 hrs) last weekend because we just wanted to slide out of town and we had capriottis before (MB location). This location was by far better and those guy working there did something to the building and food cause it felt like I was so welcome there and the food was so good.
I got that Chipotle Crunch last week and I had to go get another different sub after I ate that one for a to go sandwich. The original Italian was the best Italian sandwich I ever had and I love sandwiches.
We went back this weekend because my wife was craving another hot Bobbie, so of course happy wife happy life lol. I got the chicken Parm this time, it was a great sandwich. The marinara, OMG love the flavor and it was warm and almost like the meat and everything was just melting in my mouth. Before we left, I had to get one for later again. I got the grilled Italian, very good sandwich even after it wasn't hot no more hours later.
Again just want to say Jaeshawn and Gabe were the best. Hope these guys continue to put that magic/love into the work they do. Not enough people seem like they are proud of the food and work they put in but these guys are what you want when you go to eat somewhere.
Also, we got there, ordered and sat down to eat less than 30 minutes before they closed. We all felt bad but those guys made me and my family feel welcome to take our time even if they were closing. Usually restaurants want you to hurry and get out so they can finish up and go home but those guys just wanted us to enjoy what we came there for.
Parking: I didn't have a problem with parking either time I went there.
Kid-friendliness: Atmosphere was very kid friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: They do have a wheelchair ramp right in front of the store from the parking lot to the sidewalk/entrance.

I was at this location when they first opened up. It was phenomenal. They had like 12 line cooks and managers on the floor and walking customers through the menu. My Hot Bobbi was just like what you would make at home after Thanksgiving.
The turkey was so good, I wanted to ask if they sold it by the pound.
Today not so much...I called in my order since the last time I was here it was a long wait. It was answered just ok, then she started to talking to someone else about banana peppers. Very confusing. I told her I wanted the smallest Hot Bobbi they had,
( since it can be confusing to what size you are getting and I was driving) ....she proceeded to tell me it was the medium not once but twice as I wanted to make sure I got the smallest because they can be very big. When I arrived, they said it would be like $12.00 ...I said, no I ordered the smallest sandwich, the lady I spoke to was on the line and said no she told me the medium was the smallest, very rudely I might add., It's not, it's the Half that is the smallest.
I proceeded to pay the price for the "medium" and left no tip as they all stood there not knowing what to do....DUH.....
The turkey didn't even compare to first sandwich I had there, very little of it too I might add and very very dry.
Very disappointed, when it's not often I go out to lunch to begin with as prices are so far out there. Unfortunately beware as I do NOT write reviews ever.
