Willingly paid $24.11 for a grilled Italian sub with no substitutions or additions only to find less than 3 oz of meat and a whole lot of plain bread, not even cheese. Thanks for correcting me, I did over state my total by 89 cents and I’ve corrected it. I know what I ordered, what I paid, and I know that I lost $25.

We had been hearing some coworkers talk about this place and decided to give it a try. It did not disappoint! I got the hot Bobbie and my husband got the Capastrami, both sandwiches were great! Service was fabulous, the guys couldn't have been nicer! The atmosphere was fancy sandwhich shop, a little dim so it made date night a little special!

Placed mobile order for Wagyu Cheesesteak during week day lunch:- Never acknowledged at the mobile pickup stand. Once the two customers placed orders ahead of me was then acknowledged.- order came out roughly on time per the mobile order estimate. How and fresh food.- saltiest cheesteak I have ever had. True salt overload. Not sure if that is a one off thing, or if the American wagyu or regular steak meat is spec'd to be this salty. Never had a Cheesesteak so salty- No forks available at self-service concession stand. Line too long to wait in to ask for one.Overall: Value for money is not there for the premium price point. The disorder and lack of acknowledgement at mobile order pickup makes this a frustrating and clunky experience. Cannot believe how salty the cheesteak was.

$9.50 for a sandwich that looks like someone ate it before me & threw it up. I ordered the Grilled Italian, which is supposed to have lettuce, tomato, provolone, oil & grilled onions. It was some chopped meat & onion threw onto the bread & that's it! The fries are extremely salty. This is my 1st & last time eating from here!

So I am a Capriotti's OG, having first visited the original location in Delaware over 15 years ago. Period and I've been in love with the Bobbie ever since then! I have been blessed to live in a couple of cities that have embraced the Capriotti's franchise expansion, including Phoenix, Arizona. So we were totally geeked when we found out that Capriottis was coming to Charlotte. And while this isn't the first location in Charlotte, I believe the first one is a bit farther south of us, closer to Matthews, I am glad to have a location within a five minute drive from my house. And, my first visit at this location only reminded me of how of how much I love this particular version of fast casual sandwiches. So as a quick Capriotti's primer, they are a couple of key sandwiches. You need to try out that don't exist anywhere else. First start with the famous Bobbi, which features hand pulled, turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce. You can get this grilled or cold. I would recommend getting it grilled.the best explanation to describe the sandwich is Thanksgiving between two pieces of bread. If you like turkey and stuffing, and I mean the old school stove top Stouffer stuff, this is definitely the sandwich for you. The next must try sandwich is the capastrami, which is their take on the pastrami. Another can't miss sandwich that you won't find on any other menu. Now, if you are absolutely hell-bent on eating, something familiar, look no further than their cheesesteak, and their French dip sandwich. While the cheesesteak that I ordered from this location tasted a bit different from versions that I've had in previous locations, my guess is that it is likely driven by their addition of Wagyu beef to the menu, which was not part of the original menu when I first started patronizing them years ago. That said, the waygu beef is good and the overall sandwich is still an authentic Philly cheesesteak. Similar to the cheesesteak, the French dip is packed full of tender steak slices. In addition, you get a cup of aus jus on the side. I have not had this sandwich in a while but I really enjoyed it as well. Overall, this is a great addition to the park road shopping center. And as an added bonus, I wasn't aware that the Babe and Butcher location was already open. I noticed it while I was visiting Capriotti's. Just gives me another reason to head back to the Park Road shopping center soon!

Ordered the Pastrami sandwich, that's why we went, it was loaded with Cole Slaw and Dressing, the taste was good but there wasn't much Pastrami. It was like a roll with Cole Slaw. They could have charged a little bit more and loaded up the sandwich so it was memorable. People were pleasant and atmosphere was typical fast sandwich shop. Probably will not return.

Let me say that I grew up in Delaware and have eaten at the original store in Wilmington. The store added mayonnaise to the 2 large subs i ordered (Italian and Turkey) which WE DID NOT want and forgot pickles and sweet peppers which we requested. I won't order on line for pickup again because of this--I will go and oversee the making of the subs! Mayonnaise is not part of the northern subs! Also the subs need to wrapped very tight in the paper. It falls apart if it's too loose (and it was 2 18 inch subs so this is important). I placed the order at 3:30 so it wasn't rush time, please have the staff slow down.

Yes! - Thank you "Capriotti's Franchise Owner" for picking this amazing location for your "Branch" - I really enjoyed my visit this weekend to your new location and my wife enjoyed eating all my "Naked Fries" which were absolutely delicious. I wanted to be the first to review! I'm giving you 5 Stars - Because, I really like you guys. Ordering was a bit difficult this past weekend; - Cashier was "Learning" and I think you guys were ironing out all your kinks. I requested a "Hot Bobby" with No Mayo and Ketchup - That didn't happen! - Order was still delicious! Great Vibe - Employees are all super helpful, healthy looking and happy. Everyone - including all the young customers looked like they were enjoying themselves. I really wish you guys the best of luck and I'm looking forward to returning back for another bigger and better Hot Bobby Sandwich! Thanks!

I ordered 2 medium subs. Asked for rolls toasted, that didn't happen except for 10 seconds on the grill. The lettuce was like pieces someone ripped off a head of iceberg. My cheesesteak meat was portioned by what would fit in a plastic cup! $27.22 total cost . Very disappointing with 8 staff working and I was customer 3 in whole restaurant.
