The food looked absolutely nothing like the pictures online. I have never written a review on a food establishment before but this place was absolutely AWFUL. I took a few bites and instantly wanted to throw up. Do not go here, it will mess your stomach up.

Terrible Experience! Shaquianna was the Sorry Employee that took our order. When we pulled to the window to pay. Carlson, manager took the payment. I asked if I could pay him Extra for Extra mustard sauce and tartar sauce. He said No. Not to Worry about it. He got it. Shaquianna was Prancing back and forth Acting Weird on her cell phone. UNSANITARY!!! When she eventually handed me our order. I Asked was the honey mustard and tartar sauce in bag she said yes. We got home. Shaquianna had PUT 10 honey mustards in our bag and ONLY 1 tartar sauce. That was on PURPOSE! I CALLED BACK AND SPOKE WITH MANAGER, CARLSON. He Apologized. Took my name. Told him she did that on purpose for some reason. He said he Would Speak with her. This is Not the 1st or 2nd time that stuff has been left out of our order. VERY DISSATISFIED! WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE!!!

I was waiting at the drive through window for over 20 minutes. Then someone who was five cars behind cut the line, got tired of waiting, went straight to the window and ordered. When I got to the window I asked the cashier why she let a car cut the line when there’s a line of cars waiting to order. No apology nothing. Then the cashier messed up my order twice. This is the worst captain d in Charlotte.

On 10/23/24 the employees and service was so classless it made Popeyes look like a chic Fila. Acted like the extra condiments requested was coming out their minimum wage check. And I even paid for them to be met with disgusting attitudes. Do better. I know it's a bottom fast food chain...but do better bc the food is actually decent. ?
