Terrible Experience! Shaquianna was the Sorry Employee that took our order. When we pulled to the window to pay. Carlson, manager took the payment. I asked if I could pay him Extra for Extra mustard sauce and tartar sauce. He said No. Not to Worry about it. He got it. Shaquianna was Prancing back and forth Acting Weird on her cell phone. UNSANITARY!!! When she eventually handed me our order. I Asked was the honey mustard and tartar sauce in bag she said yes. We got home. Shaquianna had PUT 10 honey mustards in our bag and ONLY 1 tartar sauce. That was on PURPOSE! I CALLED BACK AND SPOKE WITH MANAGER, CARLSON. He Apologized. Took my name. Told him she did that on purpose for some reason. He said he Would Speak with her. This is Not the 1st or 2nd time that stuff has been left out of our order. VERY DISSATISFIED! WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE!!!

I was waiting at the drive through window for over 20 minutes. Then someone who was five cars behind cut the line, got tired of waiting, went straight to the window and ordered. When I got to the window I asked the cashier why she let a car cut the line when there’s a line of cars waiting to order. No apology nothing. Then the cashier messed up my order twice. This is the worst captain d in Charlotte.

On 10/23/24 the employees and service was so classless it made Popeyes look like a chic Fila. Acted like the extra condiments requested was coming out their minimum wage check. And I even paid for them to be met with disgusting attitudes. Do better. I know it's a bottom fast food chain...but do better bc the food is actually decent. ?

THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED BY CAPTAION D'S. THE STAFF WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND MESSED OUR WHOLE ORDER UP. THE CASHIER DIDN'T EVEN GIVE US OUR RECEIPT. WE WENT HERE TO BUY DINNER ON 10/03/2024. WE ORDERED THE SEAFOOD SAMPLER WITH FRIES AND GREEN BEANS AND THE FISH AND SHRIMP PLATE WITH COLESLAW & MAC N CHEESE AND TWO PEPSI'S. INSTEAD WE RECEIVED 2 2 PIECE FISH DINNERS WITH DOUBLE COLESLAW ON BOTH PLATES AND UNSWEET TEA. TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!!!! WE EVEN REPEATED OUR ORDER TO THE LADY THREE TIMES. THEY HAVE THE MOST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL. WE TRIED CALLING THEM AND THE PHONE IS TURNED OFF AND UNABLE TO LEAVE A VOICEMAIL. I HAVE TOOK PICTURES OF OUR ORDER SO THEY CAN'T SAY SOMEONE LIED.

The service was great but the food was not consistent with the other locations throughout the U.S. Seasoning was minimal and the hush puppies were a bit over cooked.
I used to work across the street and have frequented this location often. Every time the service is friendly! I was in the area and stopped in. Was pleasantly greeted (I think by the manager). Everything was hot and delicious! I left with a smile on my face. How many times can you say that after leaving a drive thru window? I wanted to be sure to review my experience because I bet they aren't shouted out often!

Food was spoiled, hushppies tasted moldish, tarter sauce was spoiled and green. Waste of money and lunch break wanted a refund but timing for lunch was running over and others was getting a refund. Had to discard food due to not wanting jeopardizing getting sick 14.49 down the drain and went back to work hungry and dissatisfied and disappointed. I reached out to Captains D's complaint form no words so I'm making it public. Use to be a place to go. Old staff was missing and so was the freshness and customer service.

Haven't eaten here in more than a year due to bad food and service decided to give it a shot because it was last minute dinner and were pleasantly surprised.The service was great and the food even better.New staff,cooks and an A grade!
