It's ok. Cashier's nice food is usually 😋 good, but I haven't eaten late nights, but once drive thew, the fish was hard overcooked & the fries were still their food is fresh tasting & good the times I eat there ✌🏾

It was my lunch break I wanted fish so off to captain D's we go. When we pulled up the inside looked dark like it was close. there was a long line to wait in the drive through. When it was time to order the person on the speaker quickly asked me what I wanted when I told her she said we're multitasking in here can you repeat your order ? when I get to the window it seems to be a struggle to figure out what I had, I had previously asked for condiments like tartar sauce,ketchup, exc. She asked me again at the window and still I didn't get the tartar for my fish! The quality of the food was good, it was hot and fresh but the fries weren't salted at all ? and I couldn't finish my fish because it was tasteless with out the tartar.

Blonde hair low cutt you are usually pleasant. Tonight it was an issue with me getting extra tartar sauce since I purchased a large one along with 2 3 piece dinners. Where? Lol when it was only 2 people in line. The young lady who was at the window was very pleasant & professional
I confess I'm addicted. New to Charlotte and this food tastes like LGS with southern flavor! Lobster bites and red velvet cheesecake are legit high restaurant quality. Tartar sauce tastes homemade.... will be back next week!

Not very friendly,cole slaw was bad.Staff blamed it on changed recipe. I've eaten Captain Ds for years and if that's the case bad choice by management in my opinion.Worst of all as we exited both doors to exit were locked ,had to get staff to unlock doors .Thankfully their was no need for emergency exit.Definately will never visit this location ever again .Mainly out of concern for my and families safety not to mention food quality.

My stuffed crabs were soaked in grease, and so lackluster!! All of them were barely even filled, much less have anything that resembled crabmeat in them. It was 7/8 breading. I found an occasional onion or pepper...I think. My hush puppies were the same way, disgustingly full of grease and ridiculously underwhelming!! Also where do they serve warm green tatar sauce?? Oh this Captain D's, that's where. They need a serious revamp!! Even the restaurant is old and outdated. Where are the standards? What happened to this family favorite place to dine?

I haven't been here in a long time because of older reviews. I got lunch today and it was absolutely perfect. The only problem is the speaker doesn't seem to work real great. Awesome food and great service.
